Champagnac est une ancienne cité minière qui se situe à proximité de plusieurs lacs pour se baigner l'été (voiture) ainsi que des circuits de randonnées. En hiver, 3 stations de ski se trouvent a moins d'une heure du logement en voiture.

The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Small atypical, unique and charming cottage perched just above the city center of Mont Dore, accessible by an uphill path of about 80 m. Feeling of being immersed in nature, with a beautiful view of the Capucin Mountain… while being less than a 5-min walk to the city center, thermal baths, terraces, shops… It has an equipped kitchen open to a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom. Cleaning, linens and towels included.

Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a lunch basket for 2 people at €38 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese with fruit, a bottle of wine).
