The main house is a 2 storey buliding with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 livingroom, 1 kitchen. The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom with adjoining kitchenette.

The house is idyllically situated in an 1100 metre olive grove,approximately 150 metres from Megalopotami village and 750 from the sea.
