We rent out our fantastically beautiful apartment in Merano. The apartment is located in an architecturally high-quality, modern and exclusive residential complex. If you value living close to the city yet in the countryside on your vacation, you have found the right apartment here. In just 12 minutes, you can walk to the charming city center of Merano. At the same time, surrounded by lush greenery, you can enjoy the tranquility and idyll of the South Tyrolean landscape.

Apartment Linde- Fiechterhof

The holiday apartment "Linde - Fiechterhof" is located in Sarentino (Sarntal) and overlooks the mountain. The 52 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, heating, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
