I love the place and the area, nice restaurants and handy to metro, price was a little high but I was happy with the place and I will be definitely going back hopefully next time with discount but highly recommend l, thank you 🤗🙏

We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this place and Alma’s team to anyone visiting Istanbul

We stayed here for a little over a week. The landscape is gorgeous, peaceful and serene. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, especially the living room and dining room. The beds are big and comfortable, and the heating and cooling works great. Zafer was a great host and answered any questions I had, and worked hard to fix any issues. There are a lot of great places to eat in the area, too. Thank you Zafer!

Esat beyin evinde ailemle birlikte konakladım. Daire çok temizdi. Kapıda bizi karşılayan güvenlik görevlisi çok kibardı. Evin manzarası harikaydı. Tekrar geldiğimde mutlaka konaklayacağım

We stayed in Ilker house for a month. We enjoyed every minutes of our stay. The house is in a very peaceful investment, with a walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and never the less to the beautiful water line of Bosphoruse and Bebek exclusive area. The cozy garden in the front is a place were you can enjoy your meal outside. The partial view of the Bosphoruse, The Bousphoruse Bridge and the asian side of Istanbul makes the house even more charming. Ilker is a very nice host who cares about his guests and makes sure that nothing is missing. Very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Me and family feel that we had a firend as our host. We realy felt ourself like home. Thank you again Ilker for beeing such a nice and caring host. We will definitely choose your beautiful home for our next stay.
