The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

We really enjoyed everything!! It was extremely close to everywhere, the street where it was was very nice. The amenities, cleanliness, and adequacy of the house worked really well for us. It provided a very nice holiday.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

My stay with parents in this apartment was amazing and peaceful! Location is very good No issues with the transport And I would like to say thank you to Nihal , she is very nice and mindful , responding immediately. Definitely will stay next time !

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

Everything was good. Great facilities near, host is so fast and always reply, internet was fast, it was an excellent stay 10/10

Very nice! Enjoyable, nice view and surrounded terrace upper one stair. Spacious, well equipped and clean. Somewhat complicated street and possibility to meet steep road. Very favorite and recommended.

It was a clean space, and there was much to do in the building itself! We could park our car safely at the underground pargearage safely at the underground pargearage! It was a great stay! I want to thank John and Mine hanim for the hospitality! Will definitely come back again!!!

We had a pleasant stay in Istanbul. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (metro subway). Excursion destinations as well. Shops for daily shopping can be easily reached on foot. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. We would stay there again.

It's in a very good location. Although it is a 2nd degree protected area, it is beautifully designed. Despite the cold weather, the heating (floor) system was very well heated, and sometimes we even had to open the windows. Amenities such as items, kitchen, bathroom, etc. were very nice. The only negative is transportation and parking problems by car. There is a very steep slope. High risk of slipping/skating on wet or snowy ground. It requires some master driving 😉 As a result, a place I'd like to stay again 🤗

All the experience was great. The location and the flat is just perfect if you need a place in this part of the city but it is also extremely close to the main subway line.
