Our studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the Bosphorus on the top floor of the renovated historical mansion with a garden is only 30 seconds (100 meters) on foot to Kanlıca Square, where the bus stop, ferry pier, markets and restaurants are located. Our house has a Residence Permit Certificate from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Therefore, all the features that ensure the comfort and safety of our guests are available and it is mandatory to present an ID at the entrance. For details, see the 'Other details to note' section.

The apartment has its own small garden surrounded by special greenery. There is 1 master bedroom and 1 guest bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have natural light. It is equipped with new and fully functional white goods. 150 meters close from the seaside, and 6-8 minutes walking distance from metro and other public transportation stations.
