Beachfront holiday rental in S'Arena Scoada

Bosa is a perfect place to stay to explore the central and northern Sardinia. In this season Bosa Marina is very quiet and peaceful but with very few restaurants & shops open. But with a car Bosa itself has everything you need. The apartment was exactly as described and was a very comfortable haven for me and my family. It was also lovely having the personalised touch of Pasquina's books, artwork, etc. around giving the space a great feel. And the view from the windows of sea and sunsets was wonderful. In full disclosure, I will admit that the 4 floors walk-up was daunting and not ideal for babies, small children and those not in great shape! But there view was a reward! Another point that was totally our fault for not noticing before booking is the lack of WiFi. Two of the 4 of us staying had planned this as a working holiday - we managed to find work arounds but WiFi provided would have made this perfect. I must emphasize - it was our fault - nothing was mis-presented in the listing.

We had a very pleasant stay in Michela's apartment. The apartment was very cozy and equipped with everything you need. At night, you could actually hear the sound of the sea to help you fall asleep. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Well-kept and well-maintained apartment with spectacular view. Excellent communication with Nicola and her mom, super kind and attentive. Sufficient wifi for most needs, including movies. A little more difficult if you need to work and share the screen, but in that case the connection is very good on the beach and in the adjacent parking. Beautiful place, truly an incredible natural paradise! The sea is very close, you go down a staircase and you have arrived. There are nearby trails perfect for exploring the coastline between Mediterranean scrub and lava rocks. It was hard to leave! Highly recommended and thank you again to Nicola for the fantastic stay

We enjoyed our time at Antonio's accommodation. The location and the view are absolutely unique. The house is very well equipped, we felt right at home. The way to the accommodation was no problem with our travel enduros, for normal cars the way is rather not suitable. The beach is within 5-10 min walking. Overall, an absolute paradise that I can only recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Giuseppe's house. We were extremely well received by a considerate couple, full of nice touches, and discovered a very nice house. All the amenities needed for a good stay are offered, and the setting is absolutely sublime, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The house is spotless, functional... Thank you for everything, we'll be happy to come back!

Beautiful location and very kind hosts, everything was great!

My Mum and I can whole-heartedly recommend Alberto’s beautiful place. The teracce with loverly flowers is the place to relax and the appartment with two sleeping rooms and two relating bathrooms perfect for two independent adults. Alberto welcomed us and we felt immediately at home. The beach is just 20 m away and you find easily free parking in the street. It is on our list to come back !

We had a wonderful week in Antonio‘s appartement. It is a quiet, cosy place with a well equipped kitchen. Antonio was an extremely nice host who gave us very helpful advice. Also it was a pleasure for us to have a walk with him to the beach and to exchange opinions about the world while looking at one of the most beautiful parts in the world. We hope, we‘ve not met for the last time.

Fantastic view from this apartment but mainly wanted to say how helpful the host was , responding to queries about the area and super prompt and helpful . Thank you ! We stayed as a family of 4 with young children and the host went out of their way to add an additional stair gate to the top of the stairs to give us piece of mind .

Nice place near the ocean and a small and calm beach. We had ocean view from the terrace. Our kids loved the pool and the sweet housecat.

Beautiful view, compact but well-kept and clean apartment with everything you need. Antero very helpful. The access stairs are steep. Anyway, a really great stay!

Great view and nice facilities.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Sabrina's hospitality is excellent and I thank her again for her valuable advice. We haven't met Cinzia, maybe next time. The attic room is very warm, despite the air conditioning, and the ventilation at night by draught. Cinzia is aware of this and will try to remedy it. I don't put 5 stars, because with two teenagers, the Wi-Fi has missed a lot, despite the activities and daily visits. I would recommend this place for all the qualities I mentioned. Thank you again to Sabrina. We weren't seen just like tourists.

Absolutely brilliant, you cant fault the place. Excellent communication, everything as described.

Great place to stay. Short drive to Bosa and not to far from lots to do and see. Leave the windows open at night and you will fall asleep to the sound of waves hitting the shore.

We spent 4 nights as a couple with toddler (almost 2 years old) in the apartment. The apartment has been small, but perfectly sufficient for us. The terrace complements the room and is almost its own living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, has a large fridge and stove. The apartment is close to the beaches of Turas and Bosa Marina, which is very suitable for children. Bosa and its enchanting old town are just a stone's throw away (about 10 minutes). Day trips (e.g. to Alghero) are also available. All in all, a very good choice. A car is an advantage as the shopping is a few minutes away.

We had a very pleasant stay at Andrea‘s place. Great views from the private terrace, good parking and a great value.

Great location, very clean and well equipped. 2 minutes, by foot, to the nearest restaurant, bar and small supermarket 5 minutes. The beach - the dune - is simply fantastic.

A fantastic house. The house is very large and had all the comforts. We found additional linens, numerous dishes and utensils in the kitchen. It was like being at home. I recommend it to everyone. It's a place we'll be happy to come back to. Balconies and terraces with sea views are really a treat. I advise future guests to do some shopping before arriving there because there is only a minimarket. See you soon

Gianpietro was a very nice host, we had contact via chat. The house is as in the photos, also very well furnished and very clean! It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. With the wheels available in the house, you can also reach other bays. The location of the house allowed us to explore the west coast very well by car for 10 days. Everything was really so nice overall that we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thanks again to Gianpietro! It was incredibly beautiful! Contact with you was always very helpful if I had any questions!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Giovanni and his family are really very friendly and directly gave us a lot of tips for beautiful beaches, restaurants and smaller hikes. We even received a welcome with delicious little regional delicacies, which was really very nice! Great terrace with sea view, thanks to electronic pergola you could also sit comfortably outside at lunchtime in the sun or light rain. The kitchen equipment was wonderful, we lacked nothing. The interior design is now a little more homely than shown in the pictures. The furnishings are unobtrusive, but cozy and also leave enough storage space. All rooms are easy to ventilate, in the living room, bathroom and bedroom there are mosquito nets on the windows. The communication with Giovanni was straightforward and friendly, even with difficulties we were immediately helped. It was a lovely holiday!

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

Sonia and Andrea are very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was cozy, very clean and well equipped. Located only 5 minutes away from the village beach. We would have liked to stay longer.

Federico came to house to meet us which was nice. His partner Dori speaks perfect English and kindly supplied instructions in english. She was very responsive and extremely helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit. We both really enjoyed our stay at Sea Land. We loved sitting outside under on the veranda in the shade and it was so peaceful. Only a short walk to the beach and a restaurant and bar was just along the beach. Putzu Ido is a small quiet place which is what we really liked. Thank you for all the food and drinks left for us to keep us going until we went to the shops. The house was very well equipped and we felt at home.
