My husband stayed for a work conference and was very happy with the place. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke down the first day he was there. Olga and her husband were on it right away and kept in contact about repairs and when they would happen. You can’t always predict or help it when something breaks down. But the excellent communication made everything better and once it was repaired, he enjoyed the place even more. We would return!

We loved our recent stay here! We had a bit of a challenge with lots of rainy weather so having a BEAUTIFUL backyard with synthetic grass and an amazing pool SAVED THE DAY(S). We ran outside with every break in the weather and the kids stayed as happy as can be. The home not only looked clean, but FELT clean and the decor was tasteful and didn’t feel overly beach kitschy- as we’ve run into before. Hoping to be back next year!

Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. Will was also a fantastic host: responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a spot that's both relaxing and close to all the action!

We had a fabulous stay! The location is perfect. The condo was spotless and nicely decorated. We had absolutely everything we needed. The private beach was clean and not crowded. Chairs were readily available. The location is great. There was an unexpected issue when we first arrived, but Amy was incredibly responsive and supportive, checking in regularly to make sure we were okay and comfortable. Her excellent communication and customer service was exceptional. Once everything was settled, we were able to fully enjoy the space and the beautiful surroundings. Can't wait to go back. We would definitely recommend booking this property.

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and the grill was a plus! Our toddler loved the pool and all the beach toys! We enjoyed the location and quick access to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying again!

Excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from the beach. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for cooling off in the heat. We had a great time and would gladly return!

House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!

Great location. 10 min to the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries. They even had beach toys for my daughter . The pool was clean and there were plenty of floats and pool toys. I would definitely recommend this house. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Adorable. Cutest little house on the block. Location was perfect and walkable to everything. Quiet and safe while still being downtown. Check in was easy and parking right next to the home was so nice.

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just 10 minutes from Siesta Key. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed; the pool, boat dock, games, comfy beds, and a great TV setup. Everything was perfect. Jennifer was an amazing host as well; very responsive, respectful, and friendly. You can tell she puts a lot of care into keeping the place clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. Their home was spotless. The pool with the enclosure allowed you all the sunshine you could ask for without the bugs! The interior is very spacious and great for hosting dinner. With the turf back yard it’s the perfect hangout for adults and children! The hosts are very thoughtful with items available for the perfect beach day (beach wagon, chairs, a cooler, and lots of fun items for children! We will definitely be visiting again!

The Blessings House was a great spot for my son, myself and parents over a long holiday weekend. It looked just like the pictures in the listing, and seemed newly renovated. The location was easy to get around, and very centralized as we dined in Siesta Key, and other areas nearby. A brief wifi hiccup was easily corrected by Caitlyn's fast and efficient communication. What a beautiful place in a beautiful city in FL!

Casablanca exceeded my expectations. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos, with a large and well-equipped kitchen. The house is very cozy and comfortable, and I can't forget to mention how clean the house is. Matthew was super nice and responded to my messages promptly. I have no complaints about the house, and I would definitely rent it again. The outdoor area is very nice, and we had great family moments there, enjoying the pool and having a barbecue. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The garage has everything you need for a peaceful day at the beach, from chairs and coolers, to even tents if necessary. The location is very good, with stores and supermarkets very close by. It took us about 12-15 minutes to get to Siesta Key. Anyway, I definitely recommend the house!

Our family recently enjoyed staying at The Coastal on Hyde. The home was immaculate and the furniture and decor were both comfortable and beautiful. The pool was probably our favorite feature! Also, it was great to have beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided. Our hosts checked in with us several times to make sure our needs were being met. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again-it’s a wonderful property!

We recently stayed at Grant & Cole’s place. It's a beautiful property. It was so roomy and just lovely. It's a lot bigger than the pictures presented. Loved all the decks. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Loved the closeness to the beach, literally 5 min walk. We would be back soon and recommend this property!

“Better than the Ritz” MAGICAL sunrises that are visible from just about anywhere on the property. Enjoyed peaceful evenings by the glistening water that surrounds. Enjoyed chatting with my 2 teenagers at the dining table on the screened in porch. My 14 year old son loved that he could fish all day and night. (Bait shop was only a 5 min drive) All 3 beds were luxuriously comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom tucked into it with luxury showers and tastefully simplistic design. The cottage is built with AUTHENTIC wood (cedar i think?) that adds to the feeling of being grounded in nature. Nice pool steps from the back door. Sunsets on the beach are an easy walk across the street. The “Our Place” toaster oven/air fryer works great. Cooking with a view is much more enjoyable! Wish I could live here and would love to return asap. Thank you Jack for your hospitality!!!

We had a wonderful weekend at the property. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. 5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, local guidebooks, and extra towels. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and within a few miles away there is great restaurants and shops. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. They even gave us great local recommendations that made our trip even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had the best stay in Sarasota and didn’t want our trip to end! The house was beautiful and in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and not too far from the beach! Michael’s place was very accommodating and has all the amenities. Michael was very responsive and helpful. Loved having access to all the beach chairs and towels. We will for sure be back!!

Book this immediately! This house is a beautiful, peaceful, tropical oasis that is close to the beach and restaurants. After a day at the beach, the private pool is a great escape. Claudia was very responsive and kind, she answered any questions we had. We were provided with a great starter pack of house items so we could start relaxing right away!

This was among the most beautiful and well-appointed Airbnbs that we’ve had the pleasure of staying in! Our trip was centered around a family 60th birthday celebration and this was such a lovely backdrop for our gathering. Our primary plans were to enjoy the sunrises and gorgeous outdoor area, cooking meals on the grill and enjoying them by the pool with a view of the intercoastal waterway. As such, when we arrived to find that the grill wasn’t working properly, we were disappointed. We communicated with our host about the grill the day after our arrival, and received an immediate response. However, it ultimately required back and forth texts (some at our initiation due to not receiving an update) and three days until the handyman graciously brought over his grill to loan us. Something we learned from this trip is the importance of communicating to your hosts what it is about their place that is most important to your stay—and perhaps we should have checked on the grill specifically.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculate, with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the game console table, and we spent hours relaxing in the lanai, grilling, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches—and Jen thoughtfully provided all the beach gear we could need. She was a wonderful, thoughtful, and highly responsive host who made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!
