Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sarasota Beach

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

We enjoyed staying here. Such a comfy home. Beds were great, showers were amazing! I cannot stress this enough. The water pressure is amazing 😂. It’s just a big deal to me. I took a shower as much as possible bc the showers are so awesome. The beds are really nice and comfy too. I hope I can stay here again. Nice area. We took walks every night and enjoyed a pickleball court that is right there close. Enjoyed the pool as well. Highly pleased. Thank you Rob ☀️☀️

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was perfect for our whole family to spend some quality time together away from everything. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was evident that much thought was put into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need. We loved all of the space, and the game room downstairs was amazing! The beach is a short walk and easily accessible. Pamela was a great host and had clear communication with us. We hope to return again soon!

Jim was a great host. He communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. The house was great too! The spacious master bedroom and the enclosed outdoor patio are great features

We stayed 7 weeks and felt right at home from the minute we opened the front door. Communication was immediate and courteous. And we texted even before our arrival, so NO surprises. Very well stocked (towels etc) with plenty of starter supplies. Both bathes stocked (shampoo, conditioners & body wash). Laundry products, t-paper, after sun, band-aids, 1st aid etc. Nice blender that I used daily for my smoothies. Beds and furniture very comfortable and clean. Best home away from home for us! The house was very clean. Backyard is amazing. I loved the privacy. Felt very safe. Close to everything by car. Amy was always available when I needed. Loved her recommendations. Best one was the OysterBar at the pier. My kids loved the crab legs. Drove to Disney and came back at night with no problem. I really loved the house. We will definitely be back. Thank you Amy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property looked exactly like the pictures. The owners were responsive and easy to reach. The property included a 2 car garage which was a big plus. We'd love to stay here again on future visits

We were all over the moon about this place! It wasn’t far from the beach and the place already has basically anything you would need for the beach so you really don’t have to bring much for that. The wagon and beach chairs and canopy/umbrella and the toys all came in handy! Plus so many towels available! The pool felt great and the hot tub was a great plus for when it got late and the pool lights were so nice. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs and they also loved it there. Having everything enclosed was nice for that. So many pots and pans and cups and plates and cooking utensils and even seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the place just smelled and looked so clean. The air conditioning works so good we were freezing our first night but so nice with how hot it is outside. We may just have to come back to this place! Bill and Heather were so quick to respond and very friendly. I don’t think you could regret booking this place! Could comfortably fit 9 people

We just got back from a weekend getaway here and cannot say enough great things about this property. The unit was spotless and felt extremely clean, we could not have been more comfortable during our stay. They have everything you need for a great day at the beach - umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and wagons. There were always plenty available for us to use. This property has several units on it however we did not run into any other guests during our entire stay and it felt very private. We even used the hot tub and pool one evening! The host was very flexible and accommodated us for early check in and late check out which was amazing. The unit was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and to the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are. Truly one of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed at and will not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Siesta Key!!!

Great Pass-a-grille location, just steps to beach access and food.

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

Loved visiting Pass-a-Grille and Maryann’s place! Everyone was so nice and even held a rooftop Happy Hour just for us one night. Great spot to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful beach! See you next time!

We were very pleased with our bradenton florida vacation! Jolien and Tobi made us feel very welcome and we settled right in so easily—comfortable king size bed, washer/dryer, easy sunny kitchen, nice dishwasher, and beach chairs—-(even a fountain view)—truly hated to leave!

We absolutely loved this place! It was the first time we have taken our entire family to the beach and our children absolutely loved it. Our 5 year old said it was his most favorite spot in the whole world. The two bedrooms were the perfect amount of space for 5 of us. It is so close to the beach, that I was able to quickly whisk away the baby when he got overwhelmed. Also close to restaurants to easily get in and out. We will definitely come back! Maybe with grandparents next time!

Amazing extremely clean accommodations! The owners are so Inviting and caring! Breakfast was the best! Seriously worth every $$ spent!

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

Geena's place is truly a hidden gem. Peaceful, clean, comfortable, private. Geena is an amazing, accommodating and thoughtful host. Lots of goodies already in the room, same with bathroom toiletries. Bed was so comfy, water temp and pressure in shower amazing. 5 stars for the place and 6 stars for the host. Would most definitely recommend! P.S. Try Geena's cookies and milkshakes!

Andrea and Ken made us feel like family. They had all the accommodations for our 7 month old girl. They loved having her there. They made sure we were comfortable, safe, and well fed. The place was quiet and private. Wonderful hosts and very kind.
