Holiday rentals with a patio in Saranac Lake

The place was a great location, walking distance to the town, olympic village, and right by Mirror Lake! The house was super clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our long weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend this for other small families.

Brad was a great host, he was extremely helpful. The walls were not noise canceling which was not an issue just took some getting used to due to the fact that you could hear the people upstairs conversations. Overall a great place!

One of the better air bnbs I’ve stayed at recently. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities provided. Ryan was great at communicating and even did a check in with us to see if the stay was going well. Beautiful trail in walking distance from the place and had wonderful views of the local ponds. This was my first time visiting the Adirondacks and I would definitely consider this place for my next adventure there.

This was the perfect place to stay to explore the Saranac Lake area! Fantastic location with a nice lake view from the lovely porch. Jason and Zoë were proactively communicative, friendly, and helpful. Everything was incredibly well-organized, neat, and cozy in the house. Thanks so much!

Second time staying here, great place. Plenty of space, kitchen and bathroom were stocked as described and check-in was easy.

Very clean, cozy and convenient. Floor plan was nice. Bathroom was clean. Pictures are accurate. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was stocked with supplies. Fridge was clean and large. Easy entry and access. Parking was easy. Great location to Lake Placid & Saranac.

John's Mountain Cabin is pleasant, comfortable, and located in a beautiful spot. Four of us stayed for four nights. We picked up groceries in Lake Placid on the way in and created wonderful meals in the roomy and well-appointed kitchen. We visited the covered bridge in Jay and made an excursion into Lake Placid for ice cream at Emma's and some window shopping. We also took John's advice and made our way to the Cobble Lookout on a gorgeous fall day. Other daily highlights include sitting on the porch, listening to and watching birds, which were very active in the early mornings. John's cabin was very comfortable for us, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it would be ideal for families as well. The one time we needed to contact John had to do with the internet service popping out. We called to get his advice on resetting the router/modem, which he did immediately, and in just a few minutes later, we were up and running again. The whole time was a delight.

Robert’s hosted home was quaint, cozy and relaxing! Robert and Lindsey communicated quickly and gave us a heads up about the curvy road. Robert himself plowed the driveway after the snowfall early that we had no issues upon check out. It was also nicely plowed when we arrived. Anything you needed from coffee pot to extra towels and blankets were available. The rooms were spacious and cozy with more than enough space for any luggage you may have! Overall; my husband, two kids, grandma, my dog and myself had a great time staying for the weekend and would love to visit in the spring or summer to see the property and surrounding areas better! Definitely book if you’d like an at home feel in the Adirondack’s without being smacked in downtown (not far from Main St either if that’s your vibe!)

We had a wonderful long weekend at Camp Moonshadow, where we met our daughter, who came over from Burlington to spend the weekend with us. It was a very easy ferry drive and short drive for her. It was exactly what we needed - quiet, comfortable and beautiful. We did the short hikes nearby and we cooked in all meals. Kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in - large and open and providing most of what we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit on one of the nights - roasting marshmallows and catching up. Coffee on the patio in the mornings was lovely. Bedrooms were comfortable, and bathrooms squeaky clean and expansive. Host Steven got back to me regarding a few hours early on checkin - much appreciated. This is a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for a restful respite.

Amy & Bryon were wonderful hosts - I reached out well in advance letting them know we were traveling to the area to celebrate a birthday and inquired about early check-in. They were more than willing to be accommodating in every way. We arrived for check in and were greeted by Bryon and a chocolate cake with our names on it! YUM. The house is out of the way of the tourists, which is just what we wanted. It’s close enough to Lake Placid & Saranac that you can get in the car and go, and be where you needed in 20 minutes. The house was immaculate and filled with plenty of extras. We literally needed nothing. It was such a peaceful weekend and we are so thankful we were lucky enough to be hosted by them! If we are ever back in the area, we will be looking for Amy & Bryon’s availability. Thank you both so much!

This was probably the nicest Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Kitchen items were well stocked and in like new condition and very good quality. Would definitely come back here to stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are new and very clean, hot tub was clean and worked great! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, that’s got all the amenities of home and is a reasonable (15-20 minutes) driving distance to village of Lake Placid… this is the place!

We had a lovely stay at Kristina's! The home is absolutely beautiful - the photos do not do it justice! The space was large, but felt cozy, clean, and we felt relaxed and at home. It was the perfect place to come home to after busy days. Only downside was lots of construction noise in the morning. We loved that coffee shops and the lake were within walking distance. The Lake Saranac area is gorgeous and we would come back to stay here again! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and property. It was well appointed, comfortable and had many cute ADK touches - moose culture :) The communication was easy and fast with the property manager. We would 100% stay again.

Absolutely love staying in this condo with my family of seven people. Beautiful loft for the teenagers and two big private bedroom downstairs. The view was fantastic and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The Adirondack decor and huge stone fireplace or a huge plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place to stay for a trip to lake placid. Conveniently located to tons of restaurants. Hosts were very communicative.

This is a great spot if you can walk about 1/2 mile to town, maybe a little more if you want to walk the whole strip. The property was very spacious and comfortable. The electric heat was responsive and we were never cold in spite of the outside air temps and broken gas fireplaces (both). There were plenty of spices, oils, tin foil and kitchen items to cook with at the unit without having to transport your own kitchen with you for a weekend. That was very helpful. The rooms were large and plenty of closet space-you might end up spreading out too much and lose track of your things given there are 3 floors! Another review had commented that the unit was dated and that was true, old curtains and colors from the 80's or 90's, but it was clean and comfortable. My biggest beef is that check-out instructions should be included with description. You have to strip beds, start a load of laundry, take out trash, put away dishes, etc. What is the cleaning fee for? And they limit your TP!

Beautiful, well kept, and clean condo. Space was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Kitchen was bigger than I expected and everything in the kitchen was in excellent/new condition. The DR/LR space was plenty big for our crew, and it was really nice to have have four bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom. We did use the sauna which was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected! I would definitely book this unit again when in Lake Placid.
