Upstairs, two single beds 90 and a double bed 140. The cottage is located in the heart of a large property with access to a one-hectare park, beautifully lined with century-old trees. Enjoy a 12-metre swimming pool. Your cottage has a small private garden perfect for your outdoor meals.

The Festival

Rénovation tout juste terminée, les équipements sont donc flambant neufs : TV, électroménager, WIFI et un piano de cuisson pour les amateurs! Nous sommes au pied des vignobles proches de Viré, Clessé, Lugny et du berceau Chardonnay, sur lesquels je pourrai volontiers vous faire partager ma passion. Accès très facile par la D906, sortie autoroute à 15 mn, parking devant la maison.

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is through its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no place to park in the courtyard with a car (the car park is 50 m away). If you wish, you will have access to the jacuzzi which is in a room next door with limited access (time slot to be agreed) folding cot for children (under 2 years old)
