The room is nice and spacious, good bedding. Provide a sweater in winter because the hallways are not heated. Breakfast is hearty. Philippe is a very attentive and helpful host. If we have a chance, we will come back.

We really enjoyed staying here and there were a dozen other cyclist! It comfortable and roomy and there was a washer. Stephanie left the heater on in the drying room for everyone to dry out their clothes and rain gear, which got soaked in a thunderstorm . breakfast was awesome

Perfect stay, almost too "hotelier" for an Airbnb. Comfortable room, spacious, clean and functional, in excellent condition. Beautiful common room for possible meals and/or breakfasts. Very nice and friendly host. Great stay.

Very well located in the center of Beaune, we enjoyed the proximity to everything, the clean and rather well decorated room, breakfast and air conditioning (a real joy with this heat). A good location for a stop on the road or 2-3 days in the area.

We booked a room for one night before going to the mountain. The hotel is close to the highway. The room is pretty, clean, well decorated. It's perfect for a stop. We were hosted very well.

Very friendly hosts who welcome you upon arrival very warmly. Hyper cocoon accommodation, very clean, and these charming hosts offer you small delicate touches the chicken coop and spa , at the top! Isabelle is a ray of sunshine, warm and caring, the place is quiet and conducive to rest. I recommend it 100% and will come back with great pleasure.

Our stay at Charles V was excellent. The hosts Michel Henry and Nadia were super friendly and were able to speak excellent English (and some Flemish) which was helpful. The house/rooms felt new. The building is very old but it has been renovated to allow for a very comfortable and luxurious stay. We highly recommend this place.

Everything is spotless, the Jaccuzi in the cave is amazing! We had a perfect stay, I would recommend 100%!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a nice studio where everything is available. The garden is very nice and the pool is lovely. The terrace in the garden is very nice. Elisabeth is a good and friendly host and gave good tips.

This was the second time we stayed here, as a stopover on our way south. Perfect place, friendly host, nice family rooms with bed linen and towels. Next door a baker and close to a kebab tent. Ideal food on arrival and the bakery so much choice for delicious breakfast or lunch on the go. Lots of parking. In other words, recommended, and we will probably come even more often:-).

Cedric really welcomed us and was above all very friendly. His accommodation was spotless with everything as described in the listing. It's really a pleasure to meet people like him. In addition, there is everything next door in the city (bars, bakery, restaurants and plenty of shops etc.) you can get there without any problems. Thanks again to Cedric and his family.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything is designed to make our children happy!!! And this from the reception to the reception. Real happiness! My daughters were more than delighted!! The welcome is warm. A huge thank you for pampering us and spoiling my wonders 🤩😍
