The property offers a two-bedroom apartment with a living room equipped with a real snooker billiard table, a bar, darts and board games, a bookcase and a reading corner. Outside, there is an unheated swimming pool open from April to September, a pétanque court and a table tennis table. There is also a terrace on the pool side and another on the courtyard side. Secure parking is available.

Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Saltwater pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen, 140 cm adjustable HD screen, Wi-Fi. Brazier available. GITE DE L'ETANG

In the heart of the Charolais bocage, 40 minutes from the TGV station of Le Creusot or Mâcon-Loché, enjoy this peaceful place that will bring you tranquility and discovery of this beautiful region. Located near Cluny, and close to the stables of Château de Chaumont, you can indulge in many activities, both sporting and cultural, such as the Voie Verte (greenway) and its panoramas. Gastronomy through Charollais beef is always to be discovered around a wine from southern Burgundy.

Vindihouses-Pool Reunions 365 days a year

Come and recharge your batteries with family, friends or for small seminars in this house from the 2010s. The main room of the house is 80 m² (Kitchen/Living room/Billiards). The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs, each with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 200 bed. Two are equipped with a shower room. The terrace is equipped for 15 people, there are 2 gas grills. The heated pool (27°) is open all year round, covered from October to May (these dates may vary depending on the weather).

At the foot of the vines

Apartment of 30 m2, newly renovated in the heart of the vineyard of Puligny Montrachet renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy going for walks, and there is a BBQ available, followed by a drink in a peaceful setting. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy. I wish you a very pleasant stay.

The Marker

Winemaker house, renovated in 2021, in the heart of the wine village of Givry, located on the Côte Chalonnaise wine route. Gite 80 m2 with shared inner courtyard where are provided garden furniture, access to the barbecue, ping pong table, as well as the heated pool (May to October depending on the weather) Occupancy capacity of 4. Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge and 2 bedrooms including 1 with bathroom. All amenities and activities (cycling, tasting, etc.) nearby

Cottage Aux Couleurs de St-Martin - Spa, Billiards

With 14 beds, a large garden, a Spa and a billiard table, the house will delight you by combining old and new. Ideally located in Autun itself, you will be at the doors of the Regional Natural Park of Morvan and the Burgundy Wine Route. CAUTION: Access to the hot tub and sauna is at extra charge. A later departure on Sundays is possible at extra charge. Rental from one night during the week excluding school holidays and from 2 nights on weekends.

"La forêt" cottage

Come and recharge your batteries and discover the beautiful countryside of the Monts du Mâconnais near remarkable historical sites. On the ground floor of our house at the edge of the forest, 2 independent cottages, one for 4 and the other for 2 people. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool and spa (for a fee) please let us know the day before to heat it up. The house is not overlooked and is surrounded by nature but still 10 minutes from all amenities.
