It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

It is only 10/15m from the main town (Ponta Delgada) and the largest beach of the north coast, and 5m walking to a complex of natural swimming pools on the sea. It is an eco and family friendly house (equipped with baby and children resources), ideal for those who look for a joyful stay near the sea and nature.

Casa do Ilheu- Ocean Terrace

This typical fully remodeled house is located on the north coast of São Miguel Island, in Porto Formoso. It has a large terrace with a wonderful front view of the sea. Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).

Casa situada em São Vicente Ferreira, no Concelho de Ponta Delgada, a 15 minutos de carro do centro de Ponta Delgada e do aeroporto e a menos de 5 minutos de carro da zona balnear dos Poços de São Vicente. Casa constituída por 3 quartos , 2 WC, 1 cozinha totalmente equipada, 1 sala de estar com TV e um espaço exterior com jardim. Zona com boa luz solar, muito sossegada e com bons acessos.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
