Located 3.5 km from the village of Sobral de Monte Agraço, Encosta do Almargem offers a 1-bedroom villa for 4 people and a Studio for 3 people, both private in a family and quiet space 500 meters from the Church of Santo Quintino (built in Manueline style from 1520 and classified as a National Monument). Each accommodation has an exclusive space for sunbathing. The pool is shared between both, and is closed between November and mid-March.

Here you will find a cosy one bedroom apartment, with two double beds that makes it perfect for families with kids (4 pax). It has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. We thought this space to be as relaxing and special as it could. It is right at the center and above the south beach. The sounds of ocean are always a presence and the sunsets an inspiration. The Windmill is a 500 years old mill entirely refurbished and adapted as a house. It has ocean views, a 2 000 m² garden and free Wi-Fi access. It is located at Ericeira, at a 5 minutes walking distance from the town centre and nearest beaches. There are also barbecue facilities and free private parking in the property.
