My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organisation of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

The place is very beautiful and cozy. Douglas left extra bedding and towels, we don't have to worry about anything. The reception of the building is 24 hours and the staff are extremely attentive. The place is a few blocks from the beach, but there are markets, a bakery, pharmacies and a pastry shop nearby. There are many places to have breakfast in the area near the accommodation, I recommend the Palato Praia cafe, which is nearby.

We stayed for 6 days in this apartment, which was very good, the apartment is small, but! Very cozy, very clean, all equipped for you to feel at home, bedding, table and baths clean and smelling. The useful areas of the building are incredible, swimming pool, toy library, grocery store and laundry. The building is located in a noble region of Jatiuca beach, with great restaurants, markets, pharmacy and bars and finally the VIEW is the high point of this location, AMAZING, you sleep and wake up with the spectacle of the sea! We love it and we'll be back for sure.

The house is just like the ad, wonderful beachfront condominium with many amenities, fitness center, swimming pool, playground, tennis court and beach tennis. Communication was super easy and clear. Unfortunately we had a problem with lack of light in the area due to a show and we had to leave the house a few days before. I hope I can come back one day to enjoy again.

The house is excellent, new and very comfortable, all according to the photos. With all necessary household utensils. All rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is also wonderful, spacious and quiet. I recommend to those who really want to peel and enjoy a very comfortable space. The condominium's swimming pool is huge and the leisure area has courts and playgrounds for children. The house is opposite the leisure area of the condominium. The host (Lucimeire) always requests and attentions to our messages. Manteve always contacted to know if we needed anything. We intend to come back one day. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Extraordinary property! A few steps from the beach in a private location. The host was very responsive and kind. Ideal for big families and friends getaways. The house has everything you need. It’s clean, tidy and spacious. We had a little issue with the shower but nothing major. I highly recommend this property.

The house is more than the photos, a super nice, cozy, clean and organized place. Super complete, from the iron to the barbecue. Tranquil and safe neighborhood. I received a lot of information about tours and restaurants, through the friendly Poli, who welcomed us with great affection. A place of peace and refuge. I didn't feel like going home!

We love the house facing the beach of the carpenters. The house has great rooms, everything is new and of excellent quality. Herminia always responded quickly to questions about the house, indicating markets and places that deliver, which helped us a lot, we didn't leave the house to buy anything, everything was delivered (market, fish and pharmacy). The employees Monica, Rai and Cleia were excellent, Cleia made very good food and was always attentive and available to help. It was a great week with the family in a wonderful location on Praia dos Marceneiros. The condominium is very good, it looks very new and the house has an incredible location in the condominium, a few steps from the sand.

We had excellent communication, everything was attended as agreed. The Elaine that welcomed us and helped us the days we were there is very polite and proactive. We had a wonderful experience

Clean, well equipped and very ventilated apartment! In the back street there is a large supermarket and the building is close to pharmacies, craft fairs and great restaurants. Excellent hosts, attentive and agile. It just couldn't take advantage of the pool, as it is partially covered by the concrete structure of the building, so the water was cold. It was worth it!

Clean, easy to find, responsive host and seems-like safe neighborhood. Recommend it.
