We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

Great choice. Very tidy and clean house. Various utensils available in the kitchen Comfortable Bed. It would spend more time peacefully. Location very central. Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Me and my husband spent the carnival at Loft Solarium and it was great! The Jacuzzi area is incredible, really a differential of the region's properties. Communication with Bryan was always very agile and Leda helped us when we needed it. Because it was the season of carnival, the city hall held some nearby shows and parties that got in the way of noise a little bit, but I believe it was from the same time, there was not much like running away. In relation to air conditioning, we do not feel that it has been too cold because it is a two-storey environment to handle it alone, but nothing absurd that has hindered our experience. It was wonderful and we recommend the loft!

Simply perfect! The place is modern, clean, super cozy and conveys a lot of peace. The swimming pool is a highlight apart: warm, great to enjoy until the evening! The hosts were very attentive, always responding quickly and with a lot of education all the questions we had before the trip. For lodging: The apartment is beautiful! Perfect! We love it. Super-equipped, spacious, quiet, very nice condo with a wonderful pool. As for the location: It is essential to go by car, as there is not much to do on foot, since the whole region needs a car to get around. No car I think it's unfeasible, already if you're by car it's perfect. The 4g internet signal in the city is very bad with several points without signal.

The stay was wonderful, I felt at home, the flat is a charm, well-equipped, everything clean, internet good. Super peaceful hosts. Everything I ordered was made available immediately. My Ap was on the 3rd floor and the view is wonderful, there is no price to have breakfast every day with the view of the scenery of the beach, very beautiful. It left the apartment and was already on the wonderful beach, a paradise. Quiet place for those who need concentration to work. I loved the stay and will come back more often to stay at Japaratinga Flat, an excellent cost-benefit. Wonderful coverage, when entering the environment we are already faced with an open environment, living room, kitchen and balcony with pool and barbecue area, all integrated and wide. The very well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, and a small washer and dry laundry, which was very useful. In the living room a giant couch with a smart tv that looked like a cinema. The swimming pool at the end of the day after the beach was something divine, very relaxing. The 3 suites are large and facing the pool, the bedding, the pillows and the mattress, they are something to mention, we had the best possible nights. I also need to mention the care of some details, such as towels and beach bags in all of the suites, hats, chairs and cork oaks, all to enjoy the more remote and deserted beaches... Negative points: showers with low flow, many buildings in the surroundings and maintenance in the condominium, making a lot of noise and hindering the tranquility. Spotted Street to the beach, with pools of water along the way.

Quarto A Vista accommodation 104 at Villa Naluri, is an ideal place to spend a comfortable holiday in Japaratinga. From arrival, the employees of the complex were responsive and helpful to resolve any doubts or inconvenience that arose. The place is totally new and equipped with high quality elements. air conditioning in all environments, wifi, TV and parking inside the complex with security and cameras. It has a private terrace overlooking the ocean, comfortable lounge chairs, counter, minibar, crossing the street is the access to the beach Boqueirao, very nice, how detail the apartment makes it easy for you to lounge chairs and umbrella. Quarto A Vista kept in touch with all directions, from the reservation , the check-in and check-out process. Very happy with the stay. Totally recommendable. Everything as presented in the ad: the flat is very cozy. My family and I felt at home. The condominium has a very cool structure, besides being well organized and clean, with green area, nets and the pool area, which was very useful after the beach. Great location and very close to one of the best beaches in the region ,we want to come back more often! Hosts have great communication that is a very important point for a trip .

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!
