We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The view is truly stunning and the apartment has a beautiful balcony that you can sit and relax on. Apartment is in a good location - close to shops, restaurants and bars plus easy transport routes into Funchal. The rooftop communal pool is an excellent feature and great for a morning swim to start the day. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed - we appreciated the welcome gifts that were left waiting for us on arrival. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Madeira.

We were welcomed immediately very friendly by Connie, who gave us great tips for the restaurants in the neighborhood and some fresh vegetables from the garden. Connie and Johnny are always available for any questions, yet you have total privacy. The view is amazing, day and night. All furniture is from the highest quality, fully equipped kitchen, a perfect bed and an awesome bath. Worth every cent, just book it and you will have a dream vacation!

Had a great 5 night stay in the apartment, could have happily stayed longer. It was just as shown/described and lived up to our expectations based on the reviews. The balcony was the perfect place to relax and the views were stunning at night. We could get to everything we wanted in around 10-15 minutes walk. Would happily book again. Thanks for a great stay

We loved this apartment! It was lovely, modern and very clean, just like the photos . The pool was very nice, although we were too busy to take advantage of it. Not the easiest feat to get into the apartment, as there are 3 doors with codes to get through. Make sure you read the instructions well that they send ahead as to how to enter. We did have a few hiccups with entry but I messaged them and they always got back in a timely manner. The location is absolutely perfect to walk to both Old Town and the Lido area. There are restaurants just below the apartment and we especially enjoyed Victoria's. The buses stop right in front of the building and there is a Tour Kiosk directly across the street. Absolutely the most convenient location we could ask for!! We definitely want to return!

Thank you for this warm welcome. If you speak Portuguese it will be a little extra. Sao is very warm with her tips and little touches. Perfect accommodation, perfect view, perfect cleaning. Go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed. Obrigado sāo ❤️

This was easily the best AirBNB experience I have ever had. Maria is a fantastic host and the apartment was so perfect! She thought of everything you could need for a stay there, cards and games, chargers, extra drinks, well stocked kitchen, shower soaps and shampoo, towels, an iron, fans etc.. The bed was comfy and has a fantastic view of the west side of Funchal and mountains. The living room also has a great view of the downtown city area which is bustling and has beautiful architecture. It isn’t noisy at night and makes for a great way to relax instead of the tv. She was very responsive on the phone, accommodating and so sweet. We will absolutely come back! Only tip I have is to try and drop your bags off nearby first as it is a few minutes walk to the garage uphill but very doable.

Fantastic bnb, wonderfully spacious and equipped with all comforts. Nice wide bed, sunny terrace, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy decor. And absolutely perfect with the parking space in the garage. The bnb was close to the sea and the center of Funchal. We will definitely come back to Madeira and will stay here again.

We really liked the apartment Monstera. The location was very good, the apartment was perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable. Anastasia was very friendly and helpful. We felt like home. Excellent accommodation for a holiday. I recommend.

Beautiful accommodation, well appointed and relaxing. Stunning views of Funchal. Pool a bonus. Would highly recommend. Be mindful of hillside location, 1 mile walk to waterfront. Bus service right outside door. Great base for exploring Funchal, would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay here. Vikoria was very communicative and helped promptly with everything. I really appreciated her help. The apartment is amazing and has a great view,I enjoyed sunset everyday. The location is great too, it's next to the mall and a big supermarket. Definitely worth it.

Great place to stay , Maria is very responsive and helpful. The apartment was the same as described: clean and spacious with all amenities, including parking.

An all-around perfect place to stay. We felt very comfortable here and can only recommend it to everyone. In the neighbourhood, several dogs started barking in the evening. But that was bearable and not long-lasting. There was also a faulty fire alarm in the building one night. However, the problem was taken care of very quickly.

What a magnificant stay! The appartment is perfect! Two terraces so you can enjoy the sun any time of the day you want. Quiet with great ocean view! The kitchen is very well equiped, we cooked our own meal every day and it had everything we needed, even a small dishwasher. Lots of things to do just a short drive away. We slept great in the comfortable bedroom. Airco is also available if necessary. We would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Well located and well equipped accommodation opposite the Forum Madeira shopping centre. Milla is a very responsive host and the explanations for accessing and using the accommodation are very clear. Access to the adjacent hotel pool is a significant bonus. Only small downside, the bed a little small in the bedroom, for the rest everything is in line with what you expect from a holiday home.

The accommodation was beautiful in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also thought the private parking was great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

Nice apartment to stay for a long holiday with beautiful views of Praira Formosa. Infinity pool, ample space, well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Free parking in the apartment's garage. The location was perfect being just outside of Funchal with easy access to ER 101. The apartment sits up on the hill with a short walk to the promenade; you can walk either towards Camara de Lobos or Funchal. Lots of restaurants on the promenade and on Estrada Monumental. There is a supermarket (Continente) just 2-3 blocks down the street from the apartment. The local host met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was clean and comfortable coming home after a day of hiking (purchase trail tickets 3E on Simplifica for all the PR# trails). A car is a must if you are going to hike and see Maderia. No Jacuzzi and gym is old and poorly equipped.

This was a beautiful Airbnb with a great patio. Tons of wonderful restaurants were in walking distance. Paulo was a very friendly host and even delivered fresh bread every morning!

If I could, I would give to this accomodation and Patricia way more stars :) The flat is perfect. Great location, ocean view, everything was clean, nice and neat. Also those little, but big, details - dimmable light, extra fluffy blanket (not going to spoil more:) Watching stars while in jacuzzi.. Just awesome :) And Patricia is amazing host. Always quick answer, helpful, proactive, friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will definitely book this place again, if we ever come back :)
