We loved the house, we went in the cold of June and the shared sauna and bathtub saved us a lot lol. The house is very good, cozy, clean. I recommend it and I want to come back more often 🥰

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We spent the Easter holiday (17 to 21/4) with the family. The house is like the description. We went in 10 people and accommodated perfectly. Maria is well worth hiring. We arrived from the beach and the house was neat, clean and with the food ready. Chairs and parasol are new. The pool isn't heated but we still use it every day. We do not miss any kitchen appliances. It has no dryer. Only Suggestion, although there is no tear, change the sofa in the living room. I found it low and a little uncomfortable. The colchoes have no smell, a positive point, but for my taste, I found it a little soft (tastes firmer). Reasonable bed, table and bath linen. Nao has a face and beach towel, these need to take. Shower and air-conditioning ok. Easy access to the mall house and close to the beach. The inner path to the beach is very beautiful and clean. The room underneath and one of the upstairs suites are without screens in the window (missed). The rest of the house has screens. Overall, it was great!

Simply a 1000. Exactly like the fofos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patricia is always willing to help us. The only inconvenience was a party that was happening on the street next door, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

Always very attentive, helpful and quick to respond, she made us feel welcome from the first contact. Your kindness and availability made the experience even more special. Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a quality stay, with excellence in every aspect. I definitely hope to return soon!

We loved our family stay. The place is perfect, super organized and equipped. Besides the location being amazing, with a view of the sea!

Excellent stay. All very proactive and respectful, host Eric and caretaker Genivaldo were sensational. The impeccable apartment, completely renovated. Small walk to the beach. If you need there is a cart that carries coolers, bags, etc. On the beach they set up gazebo tents with several chairs, set up tb beach tennis net and provide rackets and balls. In the afternoon we swim in the heated and wonderful pool and then a sauna. At night we play ping pong. We went to eat on the spike emperor. Very top. By ifood you can order food and drink. We will definitely be back!!!!

Very functional apartment, with the integrated rooms. Mattresses in all very good rooms! Barbecue on the balcony is a differential. Clean apartment. Building provides ice, leisure area note 10. Very close to the beach, 5 minutes walking. I'll be back with my family for sure.

Our stay was excellent! The house is exactly as described in the listing and photos — beautiful, with large rooms, well decorated and very well equipped. The location is also great, perfect for those who want to enjoy the Riviera with comfort and tranquility. The host was always very attentive, responding quickly to all our questions. A special highlight for Mr. Luís the Homemade, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. We highly recommend and we would definitely return!

We had a great experience! The apartment was impeccable: extremely clean, organized and with a very complete structure. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, super-equipped kitchen (with all the necessary utensils, including in the cleaning area there is a washing machine), as well as clean and excellent quality bed and bath linens. Every detail shows the care and care with which everything was prepared. The private barbecue area is great, also very well equipped, and the building has an excellent infrastructure: heated pool, sauna, whirlpool (all very well taken care of and available until night), as well as a gym with working equipment (elliptical, treadmill, bicycle, weights, bars and some other appliances). The transfer service offered by the condominium was also a very practical bonus. I definitely recommend this hosting with closed eyes and hopefully come back soon.
