Magnificent view, really foot in the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apt for more than 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. Cleaning and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

Very well located Flat Boulevard with beautiful sea and pool views, 150 m from the beach (5 min walk). Beach service. Kitchen with electric cooktop, microwave, and basic cooking utensils. Regular coffee makers and Nespresso. One suite with queen-size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Televisions in the bedroom and living room with NETFLIX, air conditioning in the bedroom, Wi-Fi 300 mega, 1 parking space, daily housekeeping, restaurant for meals (not included in the daily rate). TV 60" in the living room and 35" in the bedrooms. Cook top, electric oven, microwave. Refrigerator and freezer. Fully equipped kitchen and pantry.
