Building in front of the beach with air conditioning

The building is in a prime location on the Riviera. Just a wonderful garden that separates the building from the beach. It is also close to the shopping centre, which allows you to take a walk with the family at the end of the day without worrying about driving or parking (the shortest distance is 1.2 km). The building has a beach service. The staff place 4 chairs and 1 umbrella per apartment in the early morning and remove them around 5 pm. Fixed location. You need to bring bed linen and towels to the apartment.

Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
