Holiday rentals with a fireplace in São Lourenco Beach

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The place is beautiful, the house is super clean and tidy, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Mrs. Gisela is very kind and understanding, responds super fast, a great host. Everything was easy: arriving, entering, using the house, tidying up and leaving. Everything has a proper place to put things, so keeping the house tidy during the stay was very simple. All the spaces are very good and it was great to stay there during these days, we highly recommend it and we will definitely return! <3

The house is cozy, very well equipped and perfect for days of fun with friends and family. Although it is not standing in the sand and needs a car for the commute, the condominium has a great parking structure near the beach. Carmem is very solicitous and kind.

Home very cozy, had available towel and bath, soaps and repellents that is a differential, I have never stayed in a house with these available items I loved. The super attentive host, responds quickly to messages. Everything wonderful for sure I will go more often

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth being in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. Regarding the neighbourhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very quiet and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

We stayed with 4 friends in the house and everyone loved the stay. The house is very complete, it has everything, super clean, good fireplace, good air conditioning, very good gourmet area for a night of pizza, drinks, fondue and etc... Great living room, bedroom, bathroom... The Host is super helpful, responds quickly, clears up all doubts, check-in and check-out all good, extremely clean and organized house... I will definitely be back

It was a great opportunity, I am very satisfied with every aspect of my sword in Alessandro's apartment. Everything that was within the host's reach was fully satisfactory. Very attentive, even bought an Airfryer especially at my request! I must return to São Paulo soon, I will certainly stay in the same apartment. Alessandro, you're the man, see you next time.

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

I am very grateful to Leandro for all the reception and readiness, we spend incredible family days, the place is beautiful, the house is extremely comfortable with everything necessary for the day to day. I highly recommend to those seeking rest and comfort with family!

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

Casa marvellous!! Flawless structure and really very close to the beach, I indicate with my eyes closed and we will be back. Special Agency Sara, housekeeper and employee, a loving person, mega helpful, polite, punctual and a full-handed cook!!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight
