Felipe's home is very complete and cosy. We have a great time on our family holidays House well located and easy to access Host Felipe is very attentive and communicative.

The house is huge, with cozy and well decorated environments. Everything clean and beautiful as in the photos. Many bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone in the house. Everyone was very accommodating. It only needs attention with noise after 22h, due to the condominium rules.

The house is delicious, very beautiful and well-equipped. The location is great, just across the street and it's on the beach. We were very welcome by the homemade who helped us throughout the stay. The garden and pool are beautiful and well cared for. We have a great time as a family, we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable house in a great location. Plenty of space to host family and friends for a bbq by the pool, entertainment rooms for kids and adults, and several rooms and beds to sleep. Highly recommended.

An amazing place, perfect for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature... The house is super cozy and equipped — special highlight for the kitchen, which has everything we need. But the high point, no doubt, is the location: surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with the sound of birds and other animals throughout the day. It is really an immersion in nature, with an atmosphere of peace that makes us forget the rush of everyday life. You can walk or bike to at least three beaches — or even more, depending on the layout. Sandro was very attentive and helpful from the beginning. And Mr. Flávio, received me on the spot, is super good people and always willing to help with whatever it takes. I highly recommend it to those who value, above all, contact with nature!

Beautiful apartment, with an amazing renovation, super functional. The perfect location with everything nearby, bakeries, market, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, Ibirapuera Park on foot! I'd love to come back!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

Already my second stay in the apartment. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, safe and quiet (even with a work in front). I feel at home. :) I will certainly be back.

Thank you, Melissa, for a great stay in São Paulo, which was brightened by her beautiful apartment in one of the safest areas of the city, with a very convenient location. Two spacious and well-lit rooms, the bedroom has a comfortable bed, there are more than four pillow-top beds, so everyone can find a comfortable option. The wardrobe is large, the shutters are great for blocking the light and providing a great night's sleep. The host is very attentive and the apartment has everything you need and more. It was very good, after the road, to see that Melissa had left snacks, drinks and food. There are all the hygiene items, hairdryer, all that is needed to keep yourself clean and cozy. The condominium has all amenities - gym, swimming pool, joint work space, laundry. Thanks for a great stay.

The accommodation is excellent! Very well maintained and preserved, the apartment is equipped with appliances, making the stay easier. Excellent rooms, the living room is not even spoken, very nice bathroom. But the icing on the cake is José's hospitality, very requested, it helped us in everything we need and proactively triggered us by asking if we needed anything! Surely I would stay there again.

The apartment also had a good space and met our needs. Letícia and Igor are very attentive when they were requested. We very much like the stadia, mainly because it is so close to the metro! Only observation, we used very little of the apartment, besides the necessary how to sleep, but on one of the days we ordered food, it was not possible to use the cutlery because some were rusted. Just an alert for them to be replaced, otherwise all impeccable.

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

It was all amazing! The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures, plus it's super equipped with everything we need for a sensational stay! From leisure to the comfort of the rooms. The hosts were super helpful all the time and the big highlight goes to Fernanda and Cris. They made our stay even more special, with all the care and whim in the dishes we asked for, in addition to the delights they did and everything with a lot of organization and sympathy! Everything we needed (and more) was served by these dear sisters. The homemade Pelé is also pure sympathy and promptness! We will definitely return more often!

Casa marvellous!! Flawless structure and really very close to the beach, I indicate with my eyes closed and we will be back. Special Agency Sara, housekeeper and employee, a loving person, mega helpful, polite, punctual and a full-handed cook!!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

Luciana was very attentive, the wonderful house, impeccable cleaning, with everything small we needed. The location of the house is wonderful,very close to everything. For those who go on show at the Allianz Park there is no better place....I turn the corner has arrived.
