Location: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 700 meters from Praia da Vista Linda and conveniently located between the center of Bertioga (8km) and Riviera de São Lourenço (6km). We were very satisfied with the stay The only situation we had was the impossibility of checking in at dawn (02:00), which would have facilitated a lot due to traffic. In the end, we chose to leave early, directly from work, and we faced a lot of congestion. We believe there could have been some alternative to help us at this point. Apart from this detail, the house was impeccable: all very clean, with several signs and useful information. Sensational. Thank you very much for your stay!

The house contains a great space both indoors and outdoors, kitchen, bathrooms and clean rooms. We had a very good service from both the homeowner and the owner, they did not leave to be desired in the communication or in the explanations to reach the site! Super indico !

Quiet place that fully matched the listing. After the reservation, communication with the host was very practical and assertive, including the flexibility I needed to check in and check out. I really enjoyed the stay I had, we were 3 adults and 2 children, the apartment met our needs very well. Great apartment, central & very walkable. The market is literally downstairs. The front desk people -at check in and during our week stay -are kind helpful & very friendly people. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and good shower. We truly enjoyed!

The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

The house is beautiful and really stands in the super preserved forest. It is necessary to understand the proposal of the house. But it's super safe and comfortable. We have to cross a river with the car but we had no problems. The auga was relatively low despite it being a rainy season. Camila was super kind and thoughtful to solve everything. Even lazy little township appeared to say goodbye.

I traveled with friends to spend the new year and we were positively surprised by the chalet, the space was impeccable when we arrived, complete and exactly as advertised. The street is a bit difficult by car, so go with that in mind, and it has a lot of bush around, which attracts many insects, but nothing that was not expected. To walk to the beach of Maresias, and there is a waterfall of easy access through the house's own backyard, a delight. Isabela was solicitous and very clear with the instructions. We will definitely return!

It was amazing from the beginning, with Junior's service, until we arrived at the place and saw this beautiful and wonderful view!! Space exactly as in photos and description. Junior also gives great support, it's really worth disconnecting a little in this incredible and wonderful cottage! We will return more often for sure.
