The Apartment is exactly like the ad and meets the expectations, optimal location and very close to Praia and the shopping area of the condominium. Condominium employees are very attentive and the boy who takes care of the private pool are also excellent. I found the caretaker lazy, as he did not respond to a message and did not appear to solve a lamp replacement, but nothing that makes so much difference, as the owner and the other employees of the building deserve a score of 10. The furniture and beds are old, but satisfactorily meets the needs, we will come back more often with certainty and recommend this apartment.

What a stay!!! Sensational, my family and I love to stay in Laura's apartment, everything perfect, air conditioning, impeccable cleaning, everything you need at home, we don't miss anything, quite the opposite, we are surprised by the amenities!! The apartment matches the photos, everyone very polite, the requested porters, beach service, structure of the building, the location close to the beach, Laura gave us tips on where to eat, buy and was very helpful, in addition to always being very polite and requests!! We'll be back at least every 2 months, wonderful!! I highly recommend it!!

The house is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. All rooms have AC, well-equipped kitchen, great space for the barbecue, close to the pool and Jacuzzi. The beach is close by, small children and the elderly can walk quietly. The condominium is closed and very safe, we really like the infrastructure. We hired Nalva's help and highly recommend it. I would leave breakfast ready, prepare lunch and even dessert! the house was very well taken care of with her help and we don't have to worry about anything. She was also great with the children, very affectionate and patient! In short, we will definitely stay in the house again! Thanks Gilson!

The house is wonderful! Extremely well cared for, with a sensational infrastructure (all the rooms are suites), outside the pool that is super nice. The condominium and beach are super quiet as it is only possible to access this beach through the condominium. We traveled on the Easter holiday and, although it didn't sunbathe and it rained a lot, we were able to take advantage of the infrastructure of the house - Heated pool, barbecue, pizza oven, bathtub and bedrooms. Paulo and Fran were very requested, available and helped us with any questions since we made the reservation here. We'll definitely be back in the future!

I stayed at Simone's place for the holiday with family. The house is super cozy, extremely functional, the kitchen for example has all the utensils you can imagine and a little more! The leisure part also follows the same pattern, super nice and well-maintained pool with waterfall… which was a success apart with my little one! The condominium is super tasty, it has all the shops we usually need inside, which makes logistics a lot easier! The super nice beach, great for going with children for having the quiet sea, wide strip of sand and some playground toys, in addition to several kiosks available. The host, Simone, is a darling! Always very helpful, proactive, giving quick support, with more than assertive communication! Definitely recommend!

Our stay was wonderful!! Luciano was very attentive and was flexible at check in, very polite and showed us beaches and other options that served us very well. The house is beautiful and cozy as well as in the photos. There are even other features that are not in the listing 😊 The location is great, close to the beach, bars, fairs, fish market, bakery, markets, etc.

The outdoor space with a swimming pool, barbecue, large table with chairs, jumps for children is wonderful. The house is very close to the beach, the rooms are air-conditioned and the kitchen is practical and equipped. There is a sink and stove on the outside as well, near the barbecue. Very cozy house. Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

I am used to hosting with host Elis and I confess that my priority is her apt when I need it, everything is different, always attentive, careful, when I arrive in the apartment it is all organized in the smallest details!!!
