Holiday rentals with lake access in São José dos Campos

Savana Valley is simply spectacular! The cabin is very tasteful, super well equipped and full of details that make a difference. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bed linens are impeccable and fragrant, making everything even more cozy. The place has a unique energy, perfect for those seeking peace and contact with nature. And the waterfall? Sensational! A perfect getaway in São Francisco Xavier. It's really worth it!

The house is cosy and comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped, we only miss fans or air conditioning. We were told that the site had a ramp to go down the jet, but this did not occur, as the ramp, in addition to being very steep, has at its end a wooden pier making access impossible. There is another location on the side, where the condominiums leave their water vehicles, but it does not give access to the host. So we had to pay the Marina to get the vessel down and not to pay every day, we left the jets anchored on the pier, which happened without problems. The staircase to the dam is steep and long, which can make it difficult for some people to access and the pier needs maintenance, as they had some loose screws and missing the protection at some points. In addition, the house met our needs and expectations well! The view really is very beautiful and the house is very comfortable! Access is quiet and has two nearby marinas.

A quiet stay, with flexible checkin and checkout and we were able to stay calm to enjoy with the family. We had a small problem with little water pressure in the shower, but nothing that got in the way of the experience. I recommend it.

Our stay was excellent! Since the arrival, Paula has received us super well and gave us guidance on the house. Whenever we need something, she answered us and answered us promptly. Very friendly! We love the house and the region, all very beautiful and quiet! We will definitely return!!

Casa same as the photos, everything new, very beautiful and cozy; the difference is Ellen's friendliness, the affection for animals and attention to detail, she leaves everything at our disposal, several things for children, toys of external area, indoor, dryer, babyliss, iron, EVERYTHING to make barbecue, from specific BBQ spices, charcoal (paid for part), lighter, farofa, etc; left the table set for us, complete kitchen also with all the items, barbecue kitchen also complete with boards, large bodies for beer, darting game, drink roulette, drink cup; many tables and chairs to use, bath towels and bedding, everything perfect, exceeded my expectations!! Ellen answers super fast, get all the questions, it's very affectionate, I indicate with my eyes closed!!!

Place just like in the pictures. Very clean, cozy Td, the very well-equipped house with towels, soaps, carpets in the bathroom. Cássia a lovely person, polite, helpful. Charles is a sensational, polite, friendly person. We felt at home. I want to go back.

The stay could not be better! well-equipped rooms, ample common space. Rosângela told us the Cidinha (cook) and the Alecs (barbecue) that helped us A LOT, I say with my eyes closed! I definitely want to come back!

I really loved the stay. The place was very cozy and every time I asked for help she gave it to me immediately, I was always aware that I felt comfortable. She and her husband were very attentive to my needs and I thank you from the heart. Below is a pizzeria with very delicious food, it has a nice view. It is an accessible place and there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops and so on very close and you can walk. It's 10 minutes from downtown by car. The place had all the basics and more to be able to live for several weeks. It has everything you need for cooking, I loved it because personally I like cooking and it was very helpful. Communication was always very easy and its accessibility exceeded expectations. I'm definitely going back to this place because I loved it. ♥️♥️ She was the best host I've found in an Airbnb!

It was a great stay! Carlos and Rosana were super flexible in a matter of checkin and checkout time. Cozy and complete place in kitchen items. There was nearby market and bakery. I will definitely return. Great service

i loved the stay! The homemakers Aldrey and Fausto were super receptive on our arrival and maintenance of the House! Ja a Celise and Camila, hosts, promptly answered all our questions! we want to go back !!!!

Awesome place!! Super clean house, comfortable, decorated and the hostess cares about details like cutlery and good quality kitchen utensils! Ex: good knives, great peeler, many pots, glasses, etc And also availability of very comfortable pillows, modern barbecue, coffee maker and the kayak! The hostess still let us in early without even asking, it was amazing and made our trip even more perfect! It was my baby's first trip and it was wonderful! We'll come back more often for sure!!

We spent the Carnival with a group of 18 people, all very well accommodated. We were greeted by Raquel, very kind, always willing to attend to us whatever! We love it all! We'll be back soon!

The outer space is amazing. Industrial kitchen with several sinks, well-equipped, 2 well located grills. The houses with bathrooms that cater well to a large number of people. Just the smell of paint in one of the houses and one of the still dirty barbecues are small spots to watch out for. But I super recommend the stay.

Stay was great! Very attentive host and home exactly as advertised. Quality mattresses, pillows and bedding! The site is in one of the most beautiful parts of the dam and away from the mess! Place to rest with the family. Highlight for helper that was a note 10!

I would like to thank Henrique for the hospitality and support during the stay, I celebrated my birthday alongside friends and family and it was amazing. The property is wonderful and we could only think about when we could come back again, no doubt everyone was delighted and my birthday was sensational.
