The house has 3 bedrooms, 18 beds that accommodate 22 people. Kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms. 2 barbecues, large swimming pool. Equipped industrial kitchen, 6 external bathrooms, stage for large events, and much more.

Simple house without an independent entrance, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and toilet. There is a small balcony with a chair and hammock for contemplation and a small pallet deck with a water tank. The garden is open, with fruit trees and ornamental plants. You can count on a covered garage, Wi-Fi and basic utensils. Ideal for those who need to be close to the Presidente Dutra highway (1 km). Pinhão is the house dog. He's loose, but he doesn't disturb the stay. ATTENTION: Roosters and hens sing in the garden.
