A retreat in the middle of nature with private access to the dam and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The property covers 10,000 m2 within the Recanto São Braz gated community, with exclusive access to the reservoir via a staircase, where sports such as swimming, fishing and boating are practised. It is next to a forest with very rich fauna and flora. The area around the house is fenced to keep pets safe. Parties are not allowed on the property, nor is exceeding the number of guests.

Modern, bright, and comfortable flat. We spared no expense when setting up this apartment. We use this as our personal vacation home, and there are personal touches throughout. We love cooking in the oversized kitchen, or enjoying a glass of wine on the large balcony. At the end of the day, we love to take a shower under the rainforest shower head, and drift off to sleep on the bed with pillow top mattress and high-end linens.
