The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hosts were fantastic and made everything very easy for us. They provided all the necessary information and were also kind enough to assist us with other things beyond our expectations. One of the highlights of this place is the incredible view of flights landing up close — a real treat for aviation enthusiasts! If I visit Goa again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more. Had a lovely stay at Lokesh's place. It's very conveniently located quite near BITS Pilani Goa campus and if you need to visit the campus this is the perfect place to stay. Lokesh is a very helpful and friendly host and helped in organising my pickup from the airport and though my flight was delayed by more than two hours, his local taxi partner was waiting and also helped to check-in even though it was late at night. The place itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and is a great studio for short/ long stays. While I didn't try it, you can also avail of basic breakfast which he organises. I hired a scooter through Lokesh and it was very convenient to travel across Goa. The location itself is very scenic and peaceful with a nice view but you will need transport to move around as always in Goa. All in all an excellent stay and totally value for money and I highly recommend it.
