very polite and kind hostess, comfortable house surpassed the expectation, clean and organized house, clean mattresses, equipped and very clean kitchen, airy house, we took a lot of advantage of the pool, there was only a washer machine with children it is important to have. thank you 😃

Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

Our days of unique family experience were wonderful at the Lamin River Refuge first for the energy of the place ! The beautiful and impeccable home in every comfort made us feel like a home ! Rafael was very receptive and responded quickly to all my questions. The communication was clear and greatly facilitated the stay.Check in and check out without bureaucracy and very flexible. The house was spotless and very well cared for and best shown in the pictures. The cleanliness was at a higher level than expected. The apt is great, well furnished and the sea view is wonderful! The beach is clean and it's right in front. The building's pool is not very large, but fulfills its function, although the sun falls on it only until 1:00 pm or so. The building is not very tall and has few apartments, which makes it easier to maintain the place. There is a supermarket and restaurant very close by.

Marcos and family are very receptive and attentive , house like the advertised. I quoted two points to improve the milestones that is the staircase, which should have a guard, as it is narrow and high, and if the pool was heated it would be even better! But the house is very good, clean and a quiet place. I've referred it to several people and no doubt we'll be back.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

My stay and that of my family was very pleasant. The apartment is excellent and cozy, its amenities allowed us to feel at home. Well located, it allowed short walks to the bakery, market and even the beach. Self check-in and self check-out were very easy, with detailed instructions provided by the host.
