Para quem busca tranquilidade e paz a casa tem uma bela piscina de quase 10m com spa de hidromassagem e tambem nos fundos temos o rio acarai próprio para banho com profundidade de 30 cm ate 2 mts, contem 3 caiaques e 3 colete salva-vidas para fazer um belo passeio até a lagoa. Mar 15 minutos caminhando até a praia de Ubatuba, praia da Enseada 10 minutos até a prainha ou Praia Grande. Um lugar muito tranquilo para que quer descansar ou agitar; Rio/ Praia, muitos bares com musica ao vivo.
