We had only one night in the apartment, which was very clean, and spacious. The host is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Casa Merino is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood in the mountains. In order to get into town (Castro Urdiales) and easily get to other areas of Cantabria, hiring a car or bringing your own is recommended. Pilar was very communicative and there to welcome us when we arrived. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Pilar also readily answered queries during our stay and gave recommendations. We would happily recommend Casa Merino.

The setting is beautiful and you're minutes away from everything. I will definitely be back, but for more days.

Comfortable accommodation for those who like to be where the action is. Located in the heart of the old town, plenty of restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. If you have a light sleep, you should have earplugs with you. Bego Y Jesus were wonderful hosts who were always available.
