Chalé Manacás has a very beautiful view of the dam with a guava tree and an avocado foot that give all the charm. It is a very quiet place to rest on the net, enjoy nature, without any noise. The accommodation is functional, but you need to bring everything you are consuming, including water, as there is no filter. It has vests available for bathing in the dam, kayak and boats. The householders Joca and Geraldo are very friendly and willing to leave us always at will, they are very good people, who help whatever you need. There is no cell phone signal, but it has wifi that is excellent. I recommend the retreat for those looking for simplicity and reconnecting.

Very good accommodation, a condominium of houses within a gated community. Perfect for two couples with children, close to the beach with direct access to it inside the condominium itself. Space for 1 car but you can stop another car on the street with no exit from the condo, very safe place. Lush nature, we plan to come back one day. Antonio was very helpful at all times, there were people who were very prepared and willing to help during our stay. The place is surprising for its cleanliness, organization and conservation. New environments, everything impeccable. The location is excellent, it is possible to arrive by car app and even the hitch to the nearby public. There is a stretch of land, however, that is also very well preserved. I recommend it and we'll be back more often, for sure.

Simply unforgettable! We had a wonderful experience at Marta's house, which is close to the beach — a true paradise. From the first contact, she was extremely attentive, always ready to help and answer questions, which left us very calm even before the arrival. Everything worked perfectly, and the decoration brought a special charm, creating that atmosphere of rest that only a good beach house can offer. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the beach, nearby shops and a quiet neighborhood. We spent incredible days, relaxing, enjoying the sun and enjoying moments between friends. We had absolutely no problem during the entire stay. It was all so perfect that we're already thinking about coming back! We really liked the house, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything we needed to spend the days. Full kitchen, bedrooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), however, the air-conditioners were working very well. Bathrooms with great showers, living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue. Condominium with a game room and an amazing pool !!! We loved that part... lol We visited Boiçucanga beach, but we really liked Praia da Baleia, which is just after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I rate our days at Teresa's house very well, who attended to us promptly and was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!! Thanks.

It was a pleasure to stay at Caspar's house. Very well-equipped house, with everything we needed (clean bed linen, well-equipped kitchen, beach things, etc.). Caspar was very helpful, he gave us great tips before our stay. The house is even more beautiful in person. We got a little rain, but on the day we couldn't go to the beach, we managed to have a lot of fun in the house, since the atmosphere is very pleasant. The house is 5 minutes from the beach (through the tunnel access). The beach chairs and umbrellas available at the house are excellent and helped a lot. I recommend the house to friends, for sure. Quiet environment with a wonderful beach for children and very close to the Riviera beach. I highly recommend it!!

Giovana was very responsive and gave clear instructions about the house and its surroundings. The house was just like the photos, it met our expectations. We had some issues with the hot shower and discharges but were promptly resolved as soon as they were communicated. The house is in a condominium with few houses, with a community pool and quite safe! Very close to the beach, the mall, the market and restaurants. We love the place and will definitely be back!
