We love our stay in the apartment! The decor is charming, everything is very tasteful, extremely clean and fragrant. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Celsi was super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. We stayed as a couple and our pet, who also loved it! We definitely want to come back on a future visit to Santos. I highly recommend it!

We spent wonderful days in the apartment. Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, apartment with everything as described, working perfectly, with a wonderful view, at all hours of the day, especially at sunrise. Marli was wonderful from the beginning, before the arrival until the check-out, she attended to us quickly whenever necessary, left treats in the apartment and even though we arrived late in the apartment, she asked us to let her know if everything was right when we arrived. 1000 points, for the apartment and especially for Marli.

Small but comfortable place, super clean and organized. Full kitchen and spacious, good bathroom. Good location, not so close to the areas with the highest concentration of shops and restaurants, but it has good options and is very quiet and close to the beach.

Apartment exactly as described and as it appears on the photos. The size of the apartment is small but very well distributed, renovated and easily serves 3 to 4 people. Clean, organized environments with a beautiful beach view. The host responds to messages quickly and gives all the necessary guidelines for a great stay. I recommend it.

I was very pleased with the hosting! The place is cozy, well taken care and exactly like in the pictures. I felt super comfortable during the entire stay. Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and no mess or smell of mold or anything, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and eat meals admiring the sea and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

Cozy and safe accommodation for pets. Our reservation was, on purpose, on a cold and rainy weekend, in order to rest in the house. Cabana Cacau is very cozy and provided us with a great stay. Everything as described in the listing and working properly. We took two medium-sized dogs (one of them very naughty) and both were left alone in the house and safe. The fence and gate are sufficient to contain the runaway dogs (which is our case). The neighborhood is very quiet and the garage was sufficient to accommodate a 7-seater vehicle, despite the street being narrow. End of story, the weather cleared, we all went to the beach (by car) and enjoyed a beautiful weekend. We recommend this accommodation and will return soon.

The location is very close to the beach and as they have bikes at the house you can just jump on and enjoy Peruibi. Absolutely loved this property...

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

The house is wonderful, super well-equipped and with an incredible view of the dam — a true haven! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the coldest nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the entire yard surrounded by a fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% relaxed. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
