Condo holiday rentals in Santos Metropolitan Area

I've already stayed at the place, for me it's always an excellent option, as I'm a resident of the region. As always, everything in the most perfect order, Michel is an excellent person and an even better host.

Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often, the view from the balcony is beautiful. All electros and utensils work perfectly. The check in and the super easy check out we did not have any problems to access the condominium. Sandra is very kind and helped us with all the doubts, in the feelings at home. Thank you.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

The stay was excellent. The apto fully corresponds to what the listing shows, clean, well organized, very good location, super helpful and polite caretaker, excellent host.

The flat is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach! The hostess Ana carolina is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay and will come back more often for sure!”.

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is down the street, about 3 blocks or so. We miss only a stroller to take the extra chairs and coler to the beach. We also use the extra sunguard, as only the beach service is small, we were with 3 children. The cart was missed, but we settled down. Limpeza do ap was good! Quiet building, helpful employees. We spend a lot.

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

The panoramic view of the cove is amazing and you can not see from the photo because it would need video, more than 5km of beach, the feeling is to fly over…the apartment was impeccable and very organized and comfortable…I will host again for sure

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
