Beach house holiday rentals in Santo Domingo Province

Este apartamento supero mis expectativas, conozco el aérea, y usualmente es mi área preferida en Santo Domingo, pero estas villas fue un tesoro escondido para mi. El apartamento de Edgar es súper bonito, cómodo y práctico, cerca de restaurantes buenos, bonitos y baratos…Saint Tropez, Neptunos y Boca Marina literalmente a unos pasos, Bocana mi favorito desde siempre un poquito más retirado pero al igual distancia caminable o a unos 5 minutos en carro. La seguridad del complejo 10/10, El área de la piscina perfectamente cuidada con un jardín que las fotos se quedan cortas de lo bonito que es en realidad y una tranquilidad que deja realmente descansar. Ubicado también cerca del supermercados, aeropuerto de SDQ, y puestos de comidas para cada presupuesto…hablemos de la playa…cerquita!!! A solo pasos de la playa y obviamente la playa está bonita, limpia y cuidada. Yo definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí.

War ein super Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht bei jedem Problem zu helfen. Auch die Haushälterin ist sehr zuverlässig und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft und die Anlage sehr empfehlen und komme definitiv wieder.

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da José che ci ha mostrato l'appartamento. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Josè è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza e a qualsiasi orario. È presente acqua calda, clima nelle stanze, stoviglie e utensili per la cucina. Ci sono anche la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. La piscina sempre pulita, ogni 2-3 giorni veniva pulita e l'acqua cambiata. L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, con presenti ristoranti, bar ecc... E non c'è neanche molta confusione all'esterno, quindi si può dormire tranquillamente. Non possiamo che ritenerci soddisfatti e quando ritorneremo nella Repubblica Dominicana, sapremo dove andare.

Absolute Paradise! This villa was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and the beautiful pool was a few steps from the backdoor patio. Mornings started with a walk to grab coffee, then either a beach day or just floating in the pool—pure perfection. Absolute Paradise! Inside, the villa was just nice—beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and so walkable. Great restaurants with amazing views, cute coffee shops, and convenience shops were all nearby. The beach was just a short stroll away, making every day feel effortless. Everyone was super friendly, always smiling and saying hello as we walked by. Already missing this place and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay! The Villa was exactly as it appeared in photos. It is nice and quite, with privacy on the back pool area. House was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved host Sarah! She is very kind and welcoming, we wanted to take her home with us! I will always stay here when visiting Boca Chica.

Jose is great host and also hooked us up with a driver that was at our disposal 24/7 (seperate price but worth it if it's your first time). place is great for a large group and very private and secure. Some of the rooms are very large and spacious. kitchen was good enough to cook a large meal for everyone. Location is a ways out from the city but with a driver that wasn't a problem. Checked in daily to see if we needed toiletries and clean towels. Great place to lounge around all day. Pool was clean and had a loud bluetooth speaker so we can "party". shout out to Daniel, our driver, who took real good care of us and showed us all the tips and tricks. would definitely recommend for that guys trip. wifi can use some upgrades but it wasn't a huge issue when you're having fun. no regrets.

10/10 - Perfect Stay in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic! I absolutely loved my stay at this house in Boca Chica. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was very clean, the pool was excellent, and the whole environment was just what I needed. Communication with the owner was super easy, and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and welcoming. I truly give it a 10 out of 10 - 1 would definitely stay here again!

Eiliana is a very great host, and I will definitely booked with her again. She was very helpful and responsive during our stay. The place look exactly like the photos, everything is closed by and easy to access. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back.

Annies house was amazing, so beautiful so much space, walking into the house I felt very secured and comfortable. Everything in the house is brand new, the bed is really comfortable, everything that is on the description online is in the house. The neighborhood is very safe and the locals are very nice. I will rate this home 10 stars if I could. Thank you.

it's worth noting I travel from America to visit my wife and child, so my review is not from a touristic standpoint. if you don't know the area very well or you don't drive you will probably want to use a Uber for the location it seems like the house is new and the area is a little underdeveloped, but this can change anytime. now getting past that you would probably have about a 5 minute drive to Ole supermarket, probably about 15 minutes drive to the airport, in about a 10 minute drive to the closest beach. the apartment itself is very nice there is Wi-Fi and AC, the AC is in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Hot water also. it felt very secure, and the neighbors were to themselves. as long as you are able to get a ride to the supermarket to get any Essentials you may need everything inside the listing is very good. I would love to stay here again.
