Comfortable and clean apartment in a safe area. Located on Avenida España. Just 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Boca Chica beach, and 15 minutes from the colonial zone. It has multiple options of restaurants, bars, mixers, supermarket, pharmacies, bodegas or grocery stores and more just minutes away. Air conditioning in each bedroom as long as there is electricity, if not we have fans powered by an inverter.
