The space was just like the pictures and perfect for our needs. The location was just on the outskirts of the colonial district so there were nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Good value for the price.

The guest house is in a very good location, close to the seawall and everything in the colonial area. The room is very cute and comfortable. The first night I arrived there was a leak in the ceiling because they had installed some solar panels recently, but as soon as it was communicated by Alejandro he rushed to repair it and there was no more problem.

Same or better than the pictures , clean , comfortable , good attention from the time of arrival . Good conditioning . Excellent !!! Easy to find with the location .

Excelente place to stay. Not complain at all

Mrs. Margarita, who welcomed us into the house, was like a mom to us, took care of us and helped us with everything we needed. The house is as such as in the photos, it is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay, from kitchen utensils to towels and clean sheets. In addition, you can have access to washing machines, the air dries clothes almost in a few hours! The house has air conditioning in the room and a fan on the social side, although it is a little heatable. It is important to know that there are puppies and cats around the property, but they are very tender and behave very well.

Excellent place, it has all amenities, it is central. Utilicé uber para mobilizarme y arrived super fast. I loved that they will leave paes coffee, I thought it was a beautiful detail. People are super friendly and I feel super safe. I would definitely come back.
