Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santiago Metropolitan Region

I loved the stay! The apartment was impeccable, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Lots of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway station and under the building itself there is a grocery store that is open until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will definitely rent again when I return to Chile!

The host is super friendly and responsive. Location is perfect; lots of cafes around the neighborhood.

I gave it 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give it 10. From the booking to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches to book without fear. This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

We ended up staying here 3 times in total. It was a really nice stay and the apartment complex offered great value for money, with a fully equipped gym, laundry room, swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The location is convenient nearby the tube station and a supermarket. Gustavo is very responsive and helped us out multiple times, check in is easy and the place is super convenient and functional. Would recommend!

The location is very good! With quick access to the subway, supermarkets and other amenities! At the bottom of the building there are several pubs and restaurants, which makes it a lot easier!

Truly a wonderful place. Ideal for disconnecting and resting. There is a part of the road that is not good, but everything else is impeccable. Both Segio (host) and Denisse, who was the one who welcomed us, were very kind. The house is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and very nice. Totally recommended.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

A family home, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days, close to everything, with indoor parking for 3 cars. The house has a wonderful fireplace that we use every day, the house is super cozy. In addition, two stoves to heat the bedroom area. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen is good. In general, it meets all expectations and more. Garden and terraces, with a good grill, tables, chairs and sunshade. Silvia is always attentive to anything we need. We'll be back again!!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to keep warm. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded quickly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference to our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance conditions and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
