Beautiful and cosy room with a private bathroom and a spectacular view of Valparaíso Bay. Just a short walk from the Federico Sta. Maria University and Playa Portales. It is also rented to exchange students. Transport to the centre of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. The building has a security camera, lifts, a smoke detector, fire extinguishers, a washing machine and a dryer (extra charge). The kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace are shared.
