Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Polvilho

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run around the grassy area outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

The roof deck was a huge plus and it was easy to walk around from this location.

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is totally fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. We had an issue with the power outage, but I was promptly in contact to be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. On top of that, it increased our check-out time due to the incident. If you are looking for a quiet, well-kept, comfortable and welcoming place, I recommend it with my eyes closed

The house is amazing, maybe even better than the photos. Very wide, beautiful, with various leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the ofurô for setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-beneficio and very close to SP!

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . Carlos was a great host, removed all my doubts and was super patient , because I filled with questions rs The view of the house is beautiful and it is super spacious , has all household utensils, fridge and freezer work perfectly well . It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. Second time staying at the home of Carolina and Pablo. The condominium is safe, very close to São Paulo, making it an easy getaway for good times. The house is beautiful, has different spaces that allow different activities, for those who need silence/privacy and for those who want to enjoy TV/swimming pool without getting in the way. Even on a cold, rainy day, the jacuzzi was perfect for fun with friends. The house is well equipped, the number of rooms serves a lot of people who do not want to rent spaces that only work with bunk beds. Communication with Pablo and Tatiana was easy, fast and efficient. I recommend and hope to come back!

Everything about Bramasole is amanzing. This's our second experience here and will for sure be back again. The place looks and feels like paradise. All detailed maintained, comfortable, and beautiful as we couldn't even describe. The communication with the hostess's easy and they're very concerned about making it a memorable time for us and our family. We love this place. It feels like our home in Brazil already. A place of healing, inner silence and expansion! The care of D. is remarkable. Júlia with every corner of the space. We had the company of docile animals, birds, a lot of nature and various activities that Vila Verde provides. The cottage we stayed in is fully equipped, it even has an air fryer and all the kitchen utensils. We are delighted, D. Júlia is very attentive, generous and helpful.
