Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Polvilho

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run around the grassy area outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. The house is simply beautiful, with a cozy and extremely quiet atmosphere! We had a wonderful weekend there. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed every moment: during the day, sun in the pool with the perfect deck to relax; at night, the chill perfectly matched the lit fireplace and the starry sky, which we could admire lying on the lounger. Chris was an incredible host. Communicating every step of the way and even going out of her way to assist in finding me an accessory I forgot to bring with me. She made the trip stress free and was very responsive to all my questions! I would rent from Chris again without hesitation!!!

Our stay was great. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and organized. We were late in arriving, but José Roberto, very friendly, was ready to welcome and guide us. Very comfortable beds. We liked it a lot.

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there… the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, greengrocers and shopping.

The house is amazing, maybe even better than the photos. Very wide, beautiful, with various leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the ofurô for setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-beneficio and very close to SP!

We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. These were wonderful days and we certainly want to repeat. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much for everything!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

Luciana was very attentive, the wonderful house, impeccable cleaning, with everything small we needed. The location of the house is wonderful,very close to everything. For those who go on show at the Allianz Park there is no better place....I turn the corner has arrived.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!

Wonderful home! We only had one problem with the pool heating due to the weather! But otherwise all impeccable. I'll definitely be back with my family!
