Holiday rentals with lake access in Polvilho

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is totally fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

Alexandre and his son Renato were extremely helpful and kind to me and the rest of the guests. The house is very large and has accommodated 3 couples with great tranquility, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. One of my surprises was that, despite being a well wooded place and with a nearby lake, it did not have so many insects and pernilongs (only a few spiders, but on the outside, where hahahaha is to be expected). I would definitely stay in this house again, since it was perfect to get away a little from the rush of the city.

Very responsive host and beautiful property.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Our stay at Cris's place was wonderful for our whole family! We were 15 people, including grandchildren, grandparents, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law and children, and the space accommodated everyone with great comfort. Cris was super attentive and helpful at all times. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and ideal for large families. We highly recommend

The house is wonderful, super well-equipped and with an incredible view of the dam — a true haven! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the coldest nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the entire yard surrounded by a fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% relaxed. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

Beautiful and very yummy locale, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Excellent balcony with hammock and great chairs to rest. A large garden that is great for puppies. Barbecue area, clean pool. The Internet worked very well and the interior of the house is very cozy. I recommend it!

Eduardo's house in Itupeva is simply amazing! Very large, modern, super clean and extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely want to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because the time was short and the heater didn't have time to fully heat up, but it still looked great. I highly recommend it!

Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

We are delighted with the hosting! The place is wonderful, very well cared for and exactly like in the pictures. We were super well received from the beginning. Renan is extremely attentive, flexible and always responded to our messages very quickly and sympathetically. He removed all our doubts and still had the affection to leave a special treat for us when we arrived. It was an amazing experience, we will definitely return and refer to others!

Great space. Clean, organized, well located, protected and spacious. My friends and I settled in well for 3 days with the help of Alencar, who was ready before check-in, explaining every detail and clarifying any doubts with extreme kindness and patience. If I could, I'd give it six stars. Complete apartment, well located, everything we needed was within reach, super safe condominium, beautiful and organized with 24-hour security. Everything is impeccable and new, I highly recommend it. I wanted to leave a record of an incident. Due to the bus schedule in my city in Minas Gerais to São Paulo, we arrived in the morning well before check-in, and we asked the host if we could enter a little earlier if possible. The host quickly responded, and as the apartment was already free, it facilitated our entry a little earlier. Thank you, because we would have been waiting about 5 hours. Thanks. When I return to São Paulo, I already know where I will stay again.

The stay at Paulo's cottage was sensational. The structure of the house is excellent, all the environments extremely cozy, we find everything very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, we do not miss anything, organized bedrooms and bathrooms, cozy living and dining rooms, in addition to the barbecue area that served us very well. For hot days the pool is wonderful. For those who have a small baby, Paulo provides a crib and bathtub to meet this need. Paulo is extremely cordial, attentive and responded to my messages with great agility, on the day of the check in he was present and showed us all the environments with a lot of patience. We will definitely return with family to enjoy this beautiful space. I highly recommend staying at this location. I thank Paulo for all the attention and cordiality with me and my family.
