Niedliche, kleine Wohnung fußläufig zum Amphitheater und der Innenstadt. Auf dem Balkon, über den Dächern, lässt sich der Abend entspannt genießen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Caterina ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell mit hilfreichen Tipps. Günstigen Parkplatz gibt es direkt um die nächste Ecke.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man so gebraucht hat. Eingerichtet war sie auch sehr schön. Zu Fuß war man in ca. 10-15 Minuten an der Burg und der Schlucht. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war es eine super Wohnung.

Unser Aufenthalt in Brunas Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Zuhause. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht – wir haben jeden Abend auf dem Balkon verbracht und die Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Bruna und ihre Familie: Der frühe Check-in und der späte Check-out waren für uns ideal und wurden völlig unkompliziert ermöglicht. Wir waren nur gerade 1 Nacht im Haus, welches aber wunderschön eingerichtet ist und man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Es ist super gelegen und hat alles zu bieten was man benötigt. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Nice flat, perfect location with a very nice view. Margerita is a very lovely host, always attentive and super available. She wolced us with a very good bottle of wine. Super recommended!

A Hidden Gem in Pazin – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Staying at Nikolina’s place was an absolute dream. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The setting is peaceful and scenic — ideal for relaxing or exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Nikolina herself and her family. She was incredibly helpful and kind — whether we needed help drying clothes, setting up the grill, or tasting her delicious homemade almond grappa, she was always there with a smile and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and heartwarming getaway, this is the place. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marija sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich schön. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Die Terasse, welche man mit der anderen Ferienwohnung teilt, liegt abends im Schatten, was sehr angenehm ist. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns wurden neben Handtücher auch Duschmittel, Shampoo, Bodylotion, Putzmittel eine Mückenspierale sowie sogar Apfelsaft und Eiswürfel bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Marija war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Vor Ort war ihre Großmutter welche sehr nett war! Die Wohnung wird über den Tag sehr warm, da es, wie angegeben, kein AC gibt. Allerdings befindet sich in der Wohnung ein Ventilator, welcher die Temperaturen erträglich macht. Die meiste Zeit ist es möglich vor dem Haus zu parken. Da es dort aber relativ eng ist kann man auch ganz bequem am Anfang der Straße auf einem schattigen, kostenlosen, naturbelassenen Parkplatz stehen. Danke Marija, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

A beautiful apartment with a stunning view over the harbour. Lovely to hear the birds singing. Very kind host accommodated all of my needs.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus mit einer ruhigen und sehr privaten Umgebung. Der Pool war spitze. Das Haus war modern und neu eingerichtet. Genauso wie es auf den Bildern beschrieben war. Wir möchten alle gerne nächstes Jahr wieder hierhin.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Paolo’s place is very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed staying in their farm very much. They are very sincere and friendly. They even provided us free eggs from their hens. Their home is well equipped with everything we needed and beds are comfortable. I like the location too because it is quite central in Istra area.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Andreja und Dalibor ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft und der selbstständige Check-In liefen reibungslos! Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, es fehlte uns an nichts. Neben der wunderschönen Bucht (fussläufig) und dem tollen Küstenspaziergang nach Ravni haben wir aufgrund des Wetters besonders die sehr gemütliche Couch genossen. Andreja erkundigte sich zudem nach unserem Wohlergehen und war jederzeit und schnell erreichbar, wenn wir sie kontaktiert haben. Tolle Gastgeber!! Danke sehr!

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Havde en dejlig ferie i det skønne hus i de fantastiske omgivelser. Huset ligger med ubeskrivelig smuk udsigt. Idyllisk med fugle som kvidrer. Den tilhørende pool er stor, flot og ren. Dette er det flotteste sted vi har boet her i Labin/Rabac. 😍 Håber at komme tilbage til Rominas dejlige sted.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Ales et son épouse dans ce très beau logement paisible à la campagne mais proche de commerces. Très propre et bien décoré. Tout le nécessaire pour un merveilleux séjour s'y trouve dès l'arrivée. Je vous le recommande !

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Elena war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war stets gut erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!

Nous sommes arrivés pour quatre jours sur place à Pula. L’emplacement était idéal en voiture avec peu de bruit, aux alentours et Jelena qui nous a tout de suite aidé et donner des informations que nous avons demandé lors de notre arrivée. La cuisine est super bien équipée, la salle de bain et la salle à coucher aussi et le balcon est très sympathique. Merci Jelena!

Ich war das erste Mal in Kroatien von der Wohnung aus hat man den Strand in 3 min Fußweg erreicht. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum besonders die Terrasse. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder🥰 danke für alles

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Albina è una superhost, disponibile e davvero simpatica. Ci ha accolto appena arrivati. L’appartamento è davvero spazioso, ben organizzato, pulito e ha tutto quello che serve (ci ha lasciato cioccolatini, latte, caffè, succo, acqua e anche del vino). Il parcheggio è vicinissimo e gratuito. La posizione è perfetta, ideale per esplorare la Slovenia (Capo d'Istria, Pirano, Portorose, le grotte di Postumia…) ma anche Trieste e i dintorni. E in più, ci ha offerto la colazione nel loro bar! Super consigliato!
