5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschliessen! Es war eine sehr authentische und gepflegte, gemütliche Unterkunft mit persönlicher Note in grüner Umgebung. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Jane ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und bemüht. Sie hat uns auch bei Reservierungen sehr unterstützt. Unser erstes Sonntagsessen war eine schwierigere Angelegenheit als gedacht, aber Jane hat es perfekt organisiert. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar. Unsere Weinprobe auf Castello Nipozzano (zu Fuss erreichbar - Jane hat es organisiert) war auch ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig der etwas rumpelige Anfahrtsweg war eine Herausforderung (wir waren froh über die Entscheidung das Cabrio zuhause gelassen zu haben)…

wunderbares appartment mit wohnküche (sofa plus 1 einzelbett), schlafzimmer mit doppel- und einzelbett, küche mit kaffemaschine etc., bad mit dusche. sehr schöne lage ausserhalb forli, mit park, unterstand für bikes, sehr ruhig, mückengitter in allen räumen. also: top-adresse!

The apartment is in the very heart of Novafeltria, so shops, cafés etc. are at walking distance. The church is practically next to the house, which means the ringing of the church bells can be heard inside. The place looks very nice, though, with beautiful, old furniture. Lorenza was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and responsive. She also gave me tips on places to visit in the surrounding area.

L’immobile è piccolo ma confortevole e funzionale, praticamente non manca proprio nulla c’è tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza da relax, abbiamo soggiornato cinque giorni tra dicembre e gennaio è a due passi dal centro. Soddisfatti al 100%.

Host Mario is een super lieve, aardige en sociale man. Er was een ruime parkeerplaats op eigen terrein, wat heel fijn is. Alle ruimtes waren ruim. Prijskwaliteit super. In het dorp was het erg gezellig en je kan er heerlijk eten. Een aanrader voor een korte periode.

Een onvergetelijke ervaring bij Agriturismo Casavecchia – het hart van Toscane! Als je op zoek bent naar het échte Toscaanse gevoel, dan is Agriturismo Casavecchia een absolute parel. Gelegen in een adembenemend mooie omgeving, omringd door glooiende heuvels, cipressen en wijngaarden, voelt het alsof je in een ansichtkaart bent beland. Wat deze plek echt bijzonder maakt, zijn de mensen. De gastvrijheid is hartverwarmend – oprechte vriendelijkheid, alsof je bij familie logeert. Je voelt je hier meteen welkom en op je gemak. Maar het absolute hoogtepunt? Het restaurant. Elke avond is een culinaire belevenis. Authentieke Toscaanse gerechten, bereid met verse ingrediënten uit de streek en met liefde klaargemaakt. De smaken zijn puur en intens, en elke maaltijd is een feest. Of je nu geniet van een traditionele pasta, een gegrild stuk vlees of een lokale wijn – alles klopt. Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und in Pelago hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zeit im schönen, gepflegten Garten mit mehreren gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten sowie in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit dem Balkon war angenehm. Die meiste Zeit waren wir allerdings unterwegs, haben ausgiebig Florenz und die wunderschöne weitere Umgebung von Pelago erkundet. Drei gute Restaurants in Pelago (zwei davon fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar) und Verköstigungen von Wein, Olivenöl und Peccorino bei Produzenten waren zusätzliche reizvolle Erlebnisse. Bei all dem waren die ausführlichen Tipps von Guendalina und ihrer Mutter sehr hilfreich. Die besonders herzliche Gastfreundschaft war eine absolute Freude! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Appartamento molto grande e con spazi ben suddivisi. Completa di ogni comfort e con una vista spettacolare. La tranquillità regna sovrana. Federica è stata molto disponibile e sempre reattiva. L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Verucchio, purtroppo manca un marciapiede per arrivare in centro, ma in 1 minuto di auto è possibile raggiungere i parcheggi del centro. La posizione è strategica per visitare anche San Marino e Rimini. Lo consiglio vivamente

Cet endroit est un bijou, je recommande à 100%! Pour commencer, le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien aménagé, avec une vue spectaculaire. La localisation est parfaite, juste assez loin de Florence mais encore très accessible autant en voiture qu'en autobus. Majla était très gentille et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J'y retournerais définitivement!!

Amazing apartment - stylish, astonishing views, great Aircon, loads of space. It’s situated on a beautiful square right slap bang in the middle of things - after spending 4 days here, we couldn’t wish for a better location. The building and square are very characterful yet quiet (except the amazing music floating up in the evenings). Great value - we had four nights for the cost of one night in a Florence 5-star, with loads more space. Things you might need to know: the huge windows have electric blinds, which either provide shade or blackout - nice! The two bathrooms are cute and functional but small. The kitchen also - well equipped but not much room to conjure up a gourmet meal. However the number of excellent restaurants within ten minutes walk is astonishing - just follow Edoardo’s recommendations.

It is one of the most stunning airbnbs that I’ve probably stayed in , the location and the the overall aesthetic of the apartment are one of a kind. The same can be said for the pro-active and friendly team managing the airbnb, checking in and out was a breeze. My suggestion would be to try to finalize this as your airbnb of choice - you will not regret it!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

We stayed in Fabio's apartment at the end of our trip to Florence & Tuscany and it truly felt like coming home after so much travel. I wouldn't say the flat is an Airbnb, it's much more a real home that feels like it has a history, beauty and sense of life. It's full of beautiful original artworks, tasteful furnishings and is pristine without being antiseptic or minimal. The kitchen is very functional and Fabio was kind enough to leave us a pack of pasta and sauce which we weren't able to use but comes in so much handy for times you might want to stay in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom is a quiet space to rest. The bathroom is extremely spacious and clean as well. We loved the balconies in the flat that made you feel like a local. The quirkiest part is the vintage life to the building which is the cutest lift you've ever seen! We only spent one night at Fabio's but wished we'd stayed longer. We hope to come again. Fantastisk lejlighed, med den helt rette placering i forhold til et ophold i centrum af Florence. Dejlig rummelig og perfekt at have en lille terrasse med plads til 4 personer omkring bordet. Jeg kan anbefale stedet til andre.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
