Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Rosa County

All four of us were dazzled by the modern and comfy decor! It was beautiful! Everything was perfectly clean, including the hot tub (which was especially a joy on the day we got rained out at the beach). The umbrella and chairs Ruth supplied were also vital to our comfort at the beach on the sunny days we were there. The beds were so comfortable and had awesome pillows. The washer and dryer came in handy! Truly, we just loved everything about the space and its location! 10 minutes to the beach and so close to Breeze Donuts and Kolaches. So yum! And Ruth was so pleasant and swift in communication. Five stars aren’t enough! We’re all hoping to stay there again soon! 🩵🩵🩵

What a wonderful experience! Most houses are over sold in pictures. This house is under sold. Absolutely gorgeous, everything you could possibly need for a beach week. Super clean, and the host is probably the best communicator of any host we’ve ever had. If we visit this area again we will definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home!

We arrived late at night and she had someone keep the porch and kitchen lights on for when we arrived. In between two great beaches and had a nice local food truck area as well. Her place was exactly like the photos and in a quiet area. Worth every penny and would definitely stay again in the future !

The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.

My stay was awesome, very affordable, close to Pensacola Beach, lots of restaurants ect.

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Pensacola and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard was fantastic. So relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Excellent stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Marcella’s charming and quaint studio apartment! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she had gone above and beyond to make the space comfortable and welcoming. The attention to detail throughout the home was incredible—everything was thoughtfully arranged, and she provided so many little extras to ensure we had everything we might need. It was cozy, spotless, and had a warm, personal touch that made us feel right at home. Marcella was also a fantastic host—communication was easy, and check-in was a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed place to stay!

If you are looking for a great plaque just a short drive from the beach then this place is for you. It was charming and very spacious! It had everything we needed for our week stay. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. This is located near a cute grocery store and a great area for local dining and shopping. It is also located near the Palafox Pier!! Check in was a breeze and we could not have asked for a better stay! The grounds were beautifully maintained with plants! It was nice to have access to trash and laundry if needed. They offered a lot of extras for use such as things for the beach. 5 stars all the way around!!

Leslie’s place was a wonderful stay. The air bnb is located close to downtown, so I didn’t have far to go for food, entertainment, or anything else I wanted to do. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Leslie was an awesome host! I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you gut such a great stay!

Great place to stay

Yvette and Larry’s condo is cozy and clean. They made us feel very welcomed. The condo was perfect for our family of four; our girls absolutely loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was very spacious. Condo had an absolute easy walk to the beach, minutes from restaurants and other activities. My family and I would definitely stay again and I recommend you all to give them a try.

Our family enjoyed the stay and accommodations. Everything was there that was needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Proximity to public beach parking was easy or if you wanted to walk that was easy too. Room was quiet with little to no outside noise to disturb you through the night.

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

The home was beautiful, located just steps from the water, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach! Marci was very responsive, kind, and accommodating! I hope our next vacation dates are available to stay again!!

Stayed here with my fiancé and my two kids (3) and (6) for a weekend beach trip. The location was beautiful and private, however we were staying on the second flight of stairs and the neighbors downstairs under our unit came up to tell us they can hear all of the walking from our unit so it made the trip feel stressful like my kids couldn’t walk around comfortably. Other than that everything was excellent! Beautiful beach views!

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and early summer… It was right across the street from the beach! Could not have been more convenient and they had a lot of of necessary accessories for the beach – umbrellas, beach, chairs, and even a beach cart. The room size was perfect for just the two of us and it even had a little patio out back. Cute and cozy decor. We loved it and would definitely go back!
