This condo was phenomenal! Our entire family of 11 fit comfortably and enjoyed the entire home. It was well stocked, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The views were breathtaking - we spent every night watching the sunset and reading books! The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. We hope to make this a yearly family trip!

Highly recommend this condo. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The view is exquisite. Loved the pools. Not crowded. Nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella. Although we sat mostly by the water. It’s the perfect location. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend make an annual trip down to Pensacola Beach and this was our first time staying at Nancy’s place and it was perfect! Her space had all the amenities you need like beach chairs, toys, beach towels, and dishes for cooking! It’s across the street from beach and an easy walk. The pool was also a nice touch and the view of the bay from the balcony was great. All the restaurants are within a 5 minute drive with a little convenience store minutes away as well. Nancy is also super kind and gave great recommendations and had clear communication! We will definitely try to book her space for next year as well!

We go to Portofino every summer and this condo was a great pick this year. Sheila was very responsive regarding any questions or needs. Will definitely be back.

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. I grew up going to Portofino with my family, and wanted to take my own children. Check in is super easy, the room was clean with a beautiful view. Easy access to the pool and beach. I would definitely recommend!

Let me tell you this place has the most amazing views in the world. We stayed five nights and six days. You walk in and you feel like you are in paradise. It has everything you will need for your vacation. If you want to go out on the town you can or you can stay on the resort your whole stay and will have something to do every day. From booking to checkout it was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids could not stop thanking me for this Mommy and me vacation. They had the best time ever. You definitely will not be disappointed when you stay here. I can’t wait to book this place again for our next vacation.

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

April was very accommodating, let us arrive early, responded to inquiries. The house was immaculate and very, very dog friendly. I would recommend this house 100%.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

Lou was one of the best hosts I've ever had when booking vacations on this app. He was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful with answering questions. i will be booking with him again for sure. It was a great experience, and my family had a great time. The property is exactly how it is pictured, a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Can't beat it!

This place is great! Quick drive to the beach and very close to local restaurants and night life. The place was clean, nicely updated, and our dog absolutely loved the back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. If you bring a dog, I highly recommend the Bayview Dog Beach, which is a 5 min drive away & a great little park to explore. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place! Second time being at Navarre, Florida but first time using an Airbnb. Loved that we were able to stay and be close to the group that we traveled with, that brought their own campers. Jill was amazing with meeting us at the camper, walking us through everything, and being there when anything was needed! Definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to be back!

Absolute wonderful beach vacation with my family . couldn't have picked a more perfect spot. It was beautiful , people around are friendly , private area, get the best of both calm water and wavy water , and so peaceful . Would love to come back again and again . Thanks so much again

This is the second time we have stayed here and have loved it both times. The beach is a little bit of a walk with a kid but it’s not too bad! There was always an open spot at the end of the access point though! We love access to the pier for fishing. The house is a peaceful family getaway!

Loved the location as the last condo grouping on Ft. Pickens Rd. We didn't have to walk very far to find secluded beach! And the fact that there is water on both sides of the condo is a plus. Very peaceful on the decks looking out over the Pensacola Bay from the condo, yet right across the street is the Gulf. The condo was actually prettier that the photos! Enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed.

We were very happy with our stay here. The condo is in a great location, close to everything we needed/wanted to do. If I have a question or needed the host for any reason he answered my questions very quickly. We had a small issue with the gate code when we first arrived but we called the hose and we were buzzed in immediately. When we tried again later in the evening it worked perfectly. Everything was clean. They even had coolers, binoculars, and a speaker that we could use if we chose to which was really nice! (We brought our own so we didn’t use but it was nice to have.) The balcony was very spacious with lots of seating. Overall, we were extremely happy with this condo and we stay again!

This was a great, reasonably priced condo that was super close to the beach. Cathy was super responsive and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! The view was absolutely stunning! The elevators were fast and made it easy to get to the ground to go to the beach. No stairs to beach, very short walk. Peaceful when sitting on the balcony. Pool was big, never felt crowded even with several people in. The only thing would be not a lot of outlets in the bedroom and one part of the rug was up, possibly causing someone to fall. These are normal home issues! If my family is able to come back to Navarre, this is definitely the place for us! Thanks so much!

Excellent views of the beach and ocean! The pictures didn’t do it justice! The balcony was large and spacious enough for all of us to enjoy meals there or just relax and enjoy the views. The condo was plenty big for our family of seven, we never felt cramped or crowded. The property itself is maintained very well, clean and everything working as it should. We found a couple nice walkable, restaurants, and Oceanside bars for entertainment in the evenings. It’s a lovely area to vacation at! highly recommend!!
