Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

Really nice and comfortable apartment. Convenient to town but located in a quiet rural area. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Sebastopol. I visited on a hot weekend and having the windows open without AC worked out fine.

Marilyn's place is perfect! Anything I would have wanted or needed (or didn't think to bring) was included with so many special, thoughtful, and unexpected touches. The room is beautiful. The bed and bedding very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The entire space is so charming, comfortable, cozy and clean. The decor, the towels and special soaps, the handwritten notes and amenities are all very special. The room opens to a lovely garden where I sat out and enjoyed my morning coffee or could relax on a lounger. And the location is excellent and walkable to historic downtown Petaluma. I was happy to get to meet Marilyn who is so nice and welcoming and had been so helpful and informative from my first contact. Thank you Marilyn for providing a magical and memorable stay and for sharing your special place with us. I can't wait to return.

Easy to get to restaurants and interesting locations in the Bay Area from Geri’s place. The space itself is very tastefully designed and has everything necessary for a long or short stay. Highly recommended.!!!

This was my second stay at Ewa's cottage. She is a wonderful host. Perfect location. We had planned to eat at a number of restaurants but the Tap Room , which was about 2 miles away, was so good we kept returning for their specials. I highly recommend this listing and look foward to my next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Diego's and Rachel's beautiful home. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with clean stainless steel pots and pans and other essentials. All the appliances were clean and spotless. We were able to comfortably cook our own meals during our stay. There is a Whole Foods store in Santa Rosa and a Speer's Market in Forestville for some quick groceries. We appreciated the clean and comfortable bed. The house has a washer and a dryer too. The deck was certainly the highlight of this home. It's surrounded by the California Laurel and many other species attracting bees, butterflies and birds. It's a haven for bird enthusiasts and naturalists alike and makes for a very peaceful and therapeutic space. The hosts, Rachel and Diego are extremely kind, thoughtful and responsive. They checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we were having a comfortable stay. Overall, a gem of a place with super lovely hosts. Highly recommend!

Awesome place, very cozy & close to so many hikes & beaches! Also had the fridge stocked with some drinks & a few snacks as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Elaine's place is very peaceful and a great location for enjoying Sonoma area and the local wine country. Enjoyed our conversation with Elaine as she met us when we arrived. Nice to have the Jack London Saloon and market within short walking distance. Enjoyed the live music at the saloon. Would definitely stay again when visiting the Sonoma area.

The place and the area was quiet restful and a great place to stay. Rental matched the pictures and the description. We were happy to meet Shaye, and our only regret was only being able to stay one night without the opportunity to try out the hot tub and the hiking. I will try to return some time in the future.

The most well stocked Airbnb I have ever come across. Dominque is an exceptional host - if this spot is available, book book book!

Ricki's place is absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. It's in a great location, tucked away just enough but still central and accessible. We loved sitting out on the little balcony and listening to the birds, or walking down the street to Andy's Sun Valley Market (easy 5 min walk). The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous (huge shower with skylight!). The shutters open out to a beautiful view and morning sun. And Ricki has thought of everything with the kitchenette. Was sad to leave and I cannot wait to hopefully come back someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

One of my favorite Airbnb’s that I have stayed in! Lots of things to do within a 5-20 minute drive and the river nearby was super convenient and fun. The place itself was very clean and has basically everything you need for a quick stay. We especially loved the hot tub and sauna. Anna is also a great host and super communicative and helpful :)

My wife and I LOVED this Airbnb. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is in a neighborhood and super easy to find and with parking…major bonus. You walk through one little gate in the carport…with a sign that says “Guests are in the right spot!” With an arrow to the door. It’s literally a 30 foot walk from your car to the door. The space is super cool and cute. It’s a little apartment with a PRISTINE bathroom. It even has a bidet which I didn’t use but my wife did just to try it. It wasn’t on my bucket list so I chose not to. lol. Downtown is two miles away. Lots of shops and restaurants and a park in the town square. Grab a bottle of wine and sit in the private area just outside the air bnb which has a picture wall and a really cool little cactus garden all the way down the fence. IT IS SO QUIET AND PEACEFUL!!! The space is perfect for a couple and everything is easy to use and the air conditioning and fan make the place cool down quickly! Alyssa is awesome, kind, and proactive! A++++

We had a great stay here. Check in and out was easy. Host was responsive. I would stay here again.

If we are ever back in this area we would definitely stay here again!! The bathroom was large and the two person tub was so relaxing. Patio was perfect to sit outside and look at the view of Golden Gate Bridge and also great view from the bed at night or morning. Awesome place for a great price!!!

We had a wonderful time and memorable honeymoon. Debbie was so sweet and helpful by recommending things to do in the area. 10 out of 10.

This place was everything it promised. So relaxing and close to town. We didn't want to leave. Lori was an excellent and responsive host. Can't wait to come again when we visit our family in Benecia!

My experience staying with James and Laurie was so positive, I almost hesitate to say so, knowing their beautiful place might not be available next time I wish to stay there again! The lovely garden setting, with the sound of running water, as well as the peace, privacy, and serenity of the setting and apartment exceeded my expectations! The apartment is exceptionally well appointed with tasteful furnishings and decor, and the bed and bedding so comfortable. James and Laurie were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly! I could not have felt more welcome and at home, and I hope to stay with them again soon!

Jane , Bill and Alfie the Wonder Pup are cordial and lovely.. The space was comfortable, private, quiet and well appointed. Great shower water pressure and a comfortable bed. The neighborhood is relaxed, close to the center of Sonoma and convenient for travels elsewhere.

This was our second stay at Vicki's and it lived up to the memories! The pool and veranda are just stunning, and the bathroom shower is incredible.

This place was extremely cozy and beautiful. Nestled in a spot that isn't too far from any stores or restaurants, but still delivering an amazing mountain view in a quiet neighborhood. Katy was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place had any and all amenities we could ask for. There are placards with helpful instructions placed throughout the abode, which is honestly how every place should do things! Checkout was simple and uncomplicated. We would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity to do so.
