Matthew’s cottage near downtown Santa Rosa is literally a gem!! Matthew is the most professional kind host I’ve ever encountered. I’ve stayed at other daily rental places and never had such a wonderful experience. The cottage is exactly as described. I would say it’s quality like Marriott five star quality. From the bedding to the TV to the bathroom to the kitchen, everything is pristine clean and it works and it’s quiet and it’s a quaint cottage and I would love to stay there again. I stay there for five days and six nights and I had a wonderful experience. 10. Stars ⭐️ to matthew for running incredible cottage on AIRBNB I can see why he had all of those reviews over 400. He knows what he’s doing. He puts the customer first and he keeps a clean and tidy impeccable and beautifully decorated cottage to stay in at a below affordable price market rate is probably twice of what he charges! We had a great stay at Heather’s place! It’s very private, quiet, and relaxing. The loft bedroom is comfy. The kitchen has most of the pots, pans, and utensils you might need. The designated parking spot is just out front of the front door. The community is very friendly and welcoming! There’s a huge park less than a mile away which we both walked and drove to multiple times to get some walks in and play with our dog. It’s pretty close to the highway and a fair amount of stores and restaurants so easy to get places. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend her home to anyone visiting the area!

This place was the best place I have ever stayed. I came here for my birthday, so I could go to the Graton Casino, which was very close. It was so clean, smelled good, and was comfortable. I loved the TV, and the kitchen, and all the little snacks that they left us made me feel right at home. I want to go back there soon, because it was a great vacation. Thank you Rhonda and Jeannie for giving me an excellent birthday!
