La villa è una bifamiliare in un terreno di circa 1500 mq completamente recintato. Villa Baia 32 situata a 70 m dalla spiaggia principale, composta da ampio soggiorno, TV, cucina, quattro camere da letto, due bagni con doccia, una toilette, veranda con arredi per mangiare all'aperto, vista mare favolosa, lavatrice, terrazza solarium, giardino con posto auto coperto, terrazza solarium e doccia esterna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Maison traditionnelle corse inspirée des bergeries anciennes en pierre et bois. Confort moderne et piscine chauffée au coeur du maquis. Calme, vue montagne. Ce « Caseddu » de 40 m2 se compose d’une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine, salon et cheminée et d'une chambre avec salle d’eau et toilettes séparées. Doté d’un équipement discret, il apporte tout le confort moderne nécessaire. A l’extérieur, terrasse bois et piscine chauffée (10 m2) offrent une vue imprenable sur la montagne.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo al centro del paese ed a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. È adatto a coppie (non ci sono letti a castello), a famiglie e a chi non desidera utilizzare l'auto. È climatizzato (caldo e freddo) e dotato di tutti i confort per una vacanza all'insegna della comodità.
