The place was beautiful and clean overall, with good basic comfort and corresponds to the pictures. A highlight was the many terraces. The host was always available and responded immediately. The access to the house leads over an unpaved road. The house is idyllically located, surrounded by trees and bushes, which accordingly also entails mosquitoes, which has not bothered us thanks to insect protection.

Our stay was really very nice. Sabrina responded very quickly, helped us and gave us recommendations for the area. The place looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need. It is very modern and very private, even if others live above you. The view from the terrace of the mountains is very idyllic. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, but that didn't pose any problems. Sabrina is a top hostess and we will be happy to come back ☺️

Daniela and her family were super welcoming! We would highly recommend a stay here and if we were ever in Sardinia again, we will come back. The house is on the backside of their house, but still private, with a lovely garden and within a couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Daniela inquired our interests and sent us loads of suggestions with instructions, like a pond where animals gather, a donkey ride trail with a great Italian picknick in the mountains and a lovely boat ride with her lovely friend. The house is comfortable, beds are good, warm water shower inside and cold water shower outside. The patio is a nice place in the shade to sit and relax and eat together. The kitchen is well equiped and anything we missed could be borrowed! A great stay, we felt so welcome!

What a beautiful place! We loved the entire home and its vintage feel. Fabiano is very responsive helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time in the house and hopefully we will be back soon. The house is very close to the ocean. Thanks so much for having us ❤️

We had high expectations in advance due to the high reviews and beautiful photos of the place and location, but in real life it is even more beautiful! When you sit on the balcony (which is really huge) you really feel like a king. The view is wonderful and right by the sea. On the balcony there is a dining table, a convenient shade and a sun lounger. Furthermore, the kitchen is complete, with all the cooking utensils you want. Furthermore, great bedrooms, Wi-Fi and 2 bathrooms. The only downside if I have to think of something is that there are shower curtains instead of turning a road or sliding door, which is a bit more practical. What doesn't immediately notice is how central you are to everything. Multiple restaurants are a 3-minute walk away and 3 gelateria's 😎 Beach including beach bars is 4 minutes away.

We had a great stay! The place was very well maintained and has everything you need. We were able to book spontaneously and Matteo gave us immediate and very straightforward feedback :)

We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

It was a nice stay, nice apartment. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

We were (3 friends) for climbing and hiking in Baunei and felt very comfortable in Elias' apartment. Especially the very large terrace with the insane view impressed us at all times. There is a supermarket and bars and restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance. We would come back.

The view was awesome and perfect for sunrise! Agnese is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

Fantastic stay. Alberto was always quick to respond. His family was so helpful and a delight to interact with. We hope to return one day and would definitely rent again from Alberto. Great place to explore Sardinia.

Elena's apartment overlooks a beautiful terrace from which you can admire the sea and the sunrise. Cala Gonone is a 15-minute walk away. We had a pleasant and peaceful time. Although it is necessary to close the window of the room so as not to hear the noise of the adjacent street. Elena was a very responsive Host, and kindly making us find 2 bottles of wine as a welcome and a clean and tidy apartment. A suggestion, I would provide the apartment with a small oven, also electric, would be fine and a barbecue that would complete the amenities already above average. The only thing we found uncomfortable was the queen-sized bed, but I understand the room wouldn't allow a king-sized one. At the end of the fair I recommend this apartment and its Host and if I had to give the rating from 1 to 10 I would give 9.

Great apt, it had all amenities. Tonina has been a great host, flexible with check in/out and helpful with recommendations in the area. The view is stunning and the place is quite. Superb!

Antonio's place is just as described and the photos are accurate! The little apartment is really wonderful, very clean and tidy. The corner of the garden is beautiful and very peaceful. It is very cool as it's below ground and private. It has everything you need! Coffee machine with capsules, big fridge freezer, stove, shampoo, conditioner, and loads of towels. Antonio even provided a bottle of water, a can of coke and wonderful fresh bread on arrival which was amazing. The beach mat's were also really handy as it's a 5 min walk down the hill to the beach. Antonio was an amazing host, very responsive to my questions, provided great recommendations, clear directions and showed me how everything worked! I would absolutely come back. As a single woman I felt very safe there as it is well lit, there is a main gate which is locked and then two doors to the apartment as well.

The house was really very nice and completely secluded. After asking Andrea, who responded immediately, was able to check in earlier than actually expected. The property is quite large and there are orange, lime trees and date palms. The pool would not have been heated at the time of our stay (end of November). Upon inquiry and due to the still relatively mild temperatures, however, it was heated for us, which was really very nice. All in all, really a very pleasant stay.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Apartment is exactly like in the photos, and equipped with everything you need. Ivo is very responsive and friendly.

The house is by the beach … perfect 🤩 The marina di Tertenia is very quiet and the mountain views are beautiful . We had no neighbors in both houses next to ours , everything was very quiet ( late October - out of season) . There is a large flowered garden and beautiful terrace with beautiful mountain views. It is possible to take walks and access small coves from Tesonis , a stone's throw from the house . The location for the car is perfect and secure. The house is functional and well-equipped . Communication with the host was very easy , fast. We received a little attention upon arrival .

A lovely villa with beautiful views and very convenient for all the activities available in the area. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house and kept beautifully clean. WiFi worked well and pool table a bonus. The swimming pool was very cold which discouraged some swimmers and the villa is close to the Dorgali/Oliena road. Salvatore and Adriana were very helpful and welcoming and kindly provided some local produce. This is a lovely area to visit especially if you like a variety of outdoor activities.

The house is spacious, airy and equipped. The outdoor shower is super comfortable back from the beach. The sea is perfect for children: sand and low water for a long stretch. Recommended!

Antonio's house is very well maintained, with spacious, beautifully furnished rooms, two large terraces and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Oddoene Valley. At the same time, it is just a stone's throw from Dorgali, so supermarkets, bars, shops and the city center are in close proximity. But you don't hear anything from the city traffic. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Even better than the house was the host: We had a minor medical emergency right at the beginning of our stay, and Antonio was immediately there and took care of everything, organized a doctor's appointment, drove us back and forth and inquired about us several times afterwards. A super-superhost! :) We will be happy to come back and highly recommend Villa Isportana.

Great home that easily fit 2 families. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They helped us find nice beaches and restaurants. The yard is magnificent. Highly recommended
